If you make this dough you will always make it. It's super easy to make, but it takes a long time.
1 step poolish:
water - 150ml
flour - 150 ml
shivering - 4 grm
sugar 10grm
after 24 hours
add to our mix
water - 200ml
flour - 350g
salt - 17g
olive oil 10-15ml
We mix the dough. We leave it for 15-20 minutes at room temperature, after which we send it in the refrigerator for 16-24 hours.

Let's get our dough. DON'T INTERFERE HIM!!!!!!!!
we form balls, leave them for 2 hours at room temperature and our dough is ready, we can start cooking pizza :)
