The Italian capital is known for its two distinctive pizza styles: ‘pizza al taglio’ (rectangular and sold by weight), and ‘pizza Romana tonda’ (round, thin and crisp).
In The Pizza Show, Brooklyn pizzeria owner Frank Pinello travels around the world to experience the pizza culture as far away as Seoul. Although he’s interested in the various types of pizza found worldwide, he is most interested in meeting the people who make and eat the pies.
