Oh, I'm just weeping quietly here. I have often said I want to go shopping in Japan, buy a teapot and a knife and some tabletop cooking stuff... and things we don't even imagine! BUT I have never seen a PICTURE before! This is so amazing. Now that I'm watching this video I am not sure I could stand it, what to speak of the expense. We have restaurant supply stores in the US, and I like them, but they are NOTHING like this! Especially when you think of KNIVES. One of these stores must have a quarter million dollars worth of knives in it.
What are the Pros & Cons of buyinga knife while on a trip to Japan VS Buying Online or Local store. (I'm in California or I'd totally come visit your shop)
