-- This is textbook success. Exactly what I do. I would add, if you spawn into a server with a nuke zone, there's a good possibility there's new enemies and flora. Hardened mass is the precursor you're always going to come up short on, so visit the zone, even if was there when you hopped in, and don't scrap it. EVERYTHING but hardened mass is safe to scrap. EDIT: Great, simple, to the point narration Seq. Clear and concise. Thumbs up. And yes, the good ole days, nuking whitesprings was worthwhile, but even back then, not really choice.
Yeah, unbalanced stabilizing materials is just a pain. I'm not sure who thought it would be a good idea to make them random like that and require three different types of materials .. it just makes flux farming unnecessarily painful.
To negate all radiation damage from NukeZone: I use a power armor frame. I stand just outside of the nuke zone then I place my power armor frame inside of the nuke zone. When I enter the power armor frame it completely negates all of the radiation damage.
I know you mentioned it briefly, but doing Scorched Earth in the rad zone is far and away the best way to get hardened mass, glowing mass and high radiation fluids…You have to make sure the whole nuke zone is on the map, fight the queen in the rad zone and keep her alive for as much of the 30 mins as possible. Keep her on the ground as much as possible so that she spawns enemies, you do this my not using grenades (explosive bullets are ok), and hit her with weapons that aren’t too powerful, so she stays engaged but doesn’t die quickly, so no plasma weapons. We have found that the best weapons are explosive miniguns, so you get a decent amount of splash damage and tag everything By the end of the 30 minutes you will have gone up several levels, have hundreds of weapons for scrap, a few legendaries and at least 50+ of each ingredient. (If you do it during Spooky Scorched event you will also get 30+ of them). Like you said though, it works far better on a private server By keeping the whole nuke zone on the map, you don’t waste any of it in an area that can’t be picked and you will get over 200+ each of crimson and violet. You can also then launch again but have the bottom of the nuke zone just clip the fissure, which will make a figure 8 on the map and give a huge picking area, where you can pick 400+ each of crimson and violet If you nuke Whitesprings you can get over 700 fluorescent flux When it comes to picking nuka flora in the rad zone without dying, I just use the power armour glitch, so I take zero rads.

Very good video. Thank you. This part of the game is my least favorite. Not sure why the focus on "Nuking" which caused all of the problems in the first place?
-- You're going to explain to me how you made 40k caps each day for at least two days and found vendors to buy it. But hey, I saw a dog driving a mo-ped once.
the best place for the mass and liquid is nuking mineshaft 2 that spawns in the ultracite boss, idk why this guy didnt even mention it. so many mole rats and mole miners spawn. like so many. i kept dying to the beavers ground pound but still got 15-20 each. and i didnt even tap every enemy and if i did well over 30 per
I considered it but it entails covering Nuka Tour and that's a public place of congregation so it's not a good move IMHO. At least Whitespring has indoor spaces so people aren't inconvenienced by the nukes. Fighting the queen inside the nuke zone and farming the spawns will give you easily as many enemies, and the area around the Abandoned Shaft 2 isn't very good for flux farming.
Thanks for the video, but I am definitely not going to craft it. I have 40-50 of these resources in my storage from boss fights, and got all the mutations without any serums by simply exposing my character to radiation. I still buy cheap serums from other players for the sole purpose of reselling them to vendor/other players.
@@SequentialGamerFallout lmao XD Good to know, I have only been playing a couple weeks now and been leveling up my main character, haven't dipped into fallout worlds yet :D
Bro just go to the zone where the new expansion is coming, it has a forest there and has all types of flux 24/7 can't believe people never knew this, no need to nuke anything.
lies. You cannot go to the zone where the new expansion is coming, its out of bounds with an invisible barrier. Even the "forest" area adjacent this barrier has no flux. Why even bother with the lie bro?
