Small correction- Megas power up the same type MOVES for Pokémon in raids, not the Pokémon type itself. So for example, if you come in with a Mega Charizard Y, your friends will get a Fire and Flying boost to their Fire and Flying attacks- even if they’re on Pokémon of different types.
You're wrong, sir; XL candies are -- by far -- the most valuable resource, given their rarity and their specificity. You can always farm stardust, and if you're decent at GBL, dust farming is easy, but XL candies are essentially a hardcore paywall/stopgap for many; if you're strictly FTP, you will need to walk at least *ten kilometers* with a legendary buddy (excited) for the *_chance_* of farming *ONE* XL. Outside of that, random, nondesignated XLs are quite rare from raids. As I'm sure you're aware, you will need _296_ XLs to fully power up one, and *_360_* XLs for shadows; as they stand, unless you're willing to spend a Rockefeller amount of money in the game, XL grinds in Pokemon Go are Herculean tasks.
I’ve found that the difficulty of obtaining XL candy depends entirely on the Pokémon. Do Not sleep on the boosted XL chance a tier three mega can give you if you want candy for a Pokémon spawning in the wild. The guaranteed XL candy for each trade is also huge. For legendaries, it comes down to raids but you can farm coins at gyms and save up to buy raid passes if a legendary comes around that you really want to max
8:24 dragon types may not be super effective against a lot of typing, what makes them unique is their resistances. I mean top pokemon of various typings are mostly part dragons (reshiram, zekrom, dialga, garchomp, rayquaza, naganadel (in the future), both giratinas, kyurem, hydreigon and mega altaria) all benefit from resistance to element types.
I agree with the Megas i rather use it for gaining a lot of candy not raid counter since i rarely participate in raids & i feel is not hard to take down legendary pokemon with the right counters & high level pokemons.
Niantic nevertheless came out with amazing idea in catching Pokemon like Ditto disguise another type of Pokemon in the wild, Zorua disguise your Pokemon buddy. All Villion available to all trainers provided you had internationally friend list. Sadly Niantic came out more and more paid event and in game items I am expecting even more in 2023 later on. 😞
I have a 100% IV Greninja! I hope they put Ash-Greninja in the game this year so I can have an absolute monster of a pokemon because based on one of your previous videos, Ash-Greninja will have an insane attack stat. Just waiting for that beautiful shiny
is the name ASH on ash greninja refers to ash the trainer or ash for well.. greninja. if it refers to ash the trainer then the name ash greninja. then it doesn't really make sense really, it should be like greninja like if i have a greninja and turn it into ash greninja, it will be Arthur greninja. if it refers to a sort of mega form of greninja then well the godawful explenation of the name ash on ash greninja ^ is pointles
@@naokiezabalya1591it’s based on Ash Ketchums specific Greninja variant. Battle bond makes it a more powerful variant akin to a mega evolution. Hope that helps.
since shadows gain +20% attack, that means shadow rayquaza will have the same attack stat as mega rayquaza. The mega has much higher hp and defense though, and shadow has 20% less def.
Every time I fight Giovanni I use machamp against Persian with cross chop and I use melmetal superpower to get those guards out of the way and then I'll either use vaporeon or mewtwo to kill the last pokemon xP
In this comment section is a guy who supposedly hits Legend rank in gbl and he's giving pretty bad advice about stardust. I am someone who actually hits Legend every season and my advice is to build two teams for every league. One solid meta and one solid anti meta team. That's how I did it. I'm sitting on over fourteen million stardust at level 43 with a meta team and anti meta team for each league, and can consistently hit legend in every league. Do all your battles everyday and keep learning. Good luck guys.
Also forgot shadow golurk for ground types, it's the second best ground type dps in game only being beat out by shadow mamo recently when it gained high horsepower
As the Current Season is Guaranteed XL when trading, 100 trades a Day puts it at a minimum 9,000 XL Candy for 90 Days with Potentially 90+ Legendary/Ultra Beats XL for the Season
I’ve been predicting shadow Rayray ever since the eons went away and Hoenn tour was teased, even saved one of my rocket radars for it. Yep, I’m predicting that this will be the next best shadow pokemon. (Provided it gets dragon ascent or something, hell maybe ever V-create eventually)
I've got 2 radars saved for it, mainly because I was only ever able to do 2 raids for Ray, both times 12+ excellent curveball golden razz and never caught it.
Mega will in the end be superior in the end just like mega Mewtwo is going to be superior to shadow Mewtwo, not saying that shadow Mewtwo still won't be great as it still will be excellent to have a few shadow Mewtwo to go along with the mega as the same will be likely with shadow Ray along with Mega Ray. But js overall Mega Ray is Dragon King
The investment of star dust into the battle league is worth it. My cousin has grinded millions of star dust from the league alone. That should always be your first goal in my opinion. If you want to get more technical, you can watch videos or apps for optimal iv’s to cap your CP as close to the max as possible.
Got a hundo shadow tyranitar slowly powering up to lv 50 and best buddy but getting xl candy is virtually impossible. Its either walk long distances for a very long time and also hatch 12km eggs and hope to hatch larvitar and spend lots of money on raids.
It's ironic that this video shows up a day after I did a mass level-up. But hey, I'm quite solid on my ability to get ready for the future, especially with certain incoming evolutions from Hisui and Paldea.
My pvp and Pokémon knowledge is subpar so I always wait until 2 days before the season ends to abuse the skill based match making. Last season for example I went from level 1-14 in 2 days and gained around 125k stardust and lots of rewards.
One dumb team that never dominates, but always does well.. honestly, for years now, still does good work, is raichu, ryhorn, and wigglytuff in great league. It's super cheap, they protect eachother's types well and with two tanks, its an easy enough way to muddle through. Never the best, but I break no less than 50% more often than not.
People keep mentioning the thing about the Hydreigon being the top dark type Pokémon in the game makes me feel lucky I made it a goal randomly to get a full team of 6 of them. I’m a new player so I had no idea.
Yesterday had a moltres spawn beside me I was do hyped, then the first throw literally ended up being a regular curved and It broke out and ran off, literally yelled so hard
Why are we mentioning shadow pokemon that don't exist yet? Mentioned shadow rhyperior and Garchomp lines pretty often, when they're not even in game and no telling when it will be
I feel like depending on the location you live in, your gaming experience differs. Everything in my area is ass, raids are always low tier pokemon and wild pokemon are just basic. My pokedex is pretty pathetic despite playing on and off over the years.
Love these videos as always but I have a request can you PLEASE when you talk about meta relevant Pokémon Also include the moveset you should be running and the best second charged move to give dual type Pokémon literally just on screen somewhere just stating this is the moves you should be running
Is it better to have one level 50 or two level 40? I have four different pokemon where one is level 40 (cp3800 to cp3600) an another is cp3300 to cp3200. They are Dragonite, Ursaluna, Salamence and Hydreigon. Where should I put my dust? I also have a 98% Charizard but with no candy dust does no good.
