Sorry Y’all, I never check my notifications…its a delicious recipe, I’ve since cooked it 10+ times, its easy and makes a lot of food. Pairs well with rice and Kimchi, the wife loves it
Hi i am like to make Asian recipes with original recipe do if i use apple or kiwi it will be original recipes do they in south Korea they use kiwi or apple too please reply ? 🥰
What I like about this channel is that Seonkyoung isn't afraid to make mistakes and has a very carefree soul. We also see them really eat and enjoy the food unlike other creators who just takes a bite and taste it and that's it. And also, who doesn't dance when there's food around?
Im obsessed with korean bbq !! I had to try this recipe and let me tell you came out amazing !!! You’re THE QUEEN of korean recipes !!! thank you !!! ❤️😭😍
So good but good god so spicy! I couldn't stop eating but my stomach didn't thank me for it later. Next time I'm gonna have to halve the red pepper flakes!
I made this one yesterday and it turned out great😁 Thank you Seonkyoung! I used 2 tbsp of korean chili pepper instead of 4 to make it less spicy, and I substituted the apricot jam with honey.
Omg, this is so amazing! It's one of my husband's favorite dish and he loves this recipe. I used elderflower liqueur (St. Germain) instead of the plum juice and it was good! Thanks a lot!
Wow bulgogi! I've always wanted to try this recipe, this looks so yummy! Thanks for sharing this recipe with me, Seonkyoung! I'm in the mood for cooking now!
Aeon Flux_504 actully bulgogi u usually say is beef! In this case pork bulgogi or spicy pork bulgogi, as korean, it’s confusing whether it is beef or pork^^ Anyway I’m happy that u like Korean food 👍👍👍
Haha, this is so great. You look so cute, sweet, and classy. Your accent is really sweet too. I bet you're a great house mom. The food you made there is good looking. I visited Busan for 3 days after my trip to Japan, and I had all sorts of street food, that I still don't know all that was in there. It's so amazing how cheap and good food is there. I thought food was cheap in Japan, but when I came to Korea, it just got cheaper. I love cooking, and I'd love to try recipes like this out sometimes. I hope I can visit Korea again. If you don't mind me asking. Why is it rude manners to bite into those lettuce wraps, instead of eating them in one fell swoop? I find that interesting, cause eating them like that hear in the U.S. would probably seem rude to most U.S. citizens. It reminds me how slurping noodles loudly is polite in Asia, but rude in the U.S. I'm very intrigued.
Post-Modern Czechoslovakian War Factory oh she said biting lettuce wrap is against the rule! That means we need to eat lettuce wrap at once! If u bite them into pieces, then pork will be coming out and becoming ruined. That why we eat all at once so u can wrap lettuce with pork with ur mouth size 😂 sorry for broken English hope this will be good answer to ur question! Anyway hi from korea!!! I’ve been to Busan! U need to come Seoul! It is difficult atmosphere from busan! 👍👍👍
@@sophiaimo_koreanauntie3747 Ah thank you very much Sophia! I appreciate your answer, I can clearly understand what you're saying, and that makes a lot of sense to me now why you'd eat it all at once. I'm not going to lie, I tend to prefer the country side of the big cities, but at the same time when I've been in Japan I've enjoyed myself and the company of friends in big cities like Tokyo and Osaka. I enjoyed Busan more than I thought I would, so I'd love check out Seoul as well. You're English is really great, right now I can't speak Korean to save my life. People like you can help me learn some Korean, and navigate next time I visit. I can only say hello. To help you out, I want to point out one mistake that you made. You said, "U need to come to Seoul! It is difficult atmosphere than Busan." The word "difficult" describes something that is "hard to do" something that takes effort. I believe you meant to say. "It is a different atmosphere than Busan." I can understand the confusion, the words look and sound very similar. That and a few grammar mistakes that are hard for even us native speakers make look like the only mistakes I've seen. You're doing really well in your studies. Good Job!
I have made this recipe at least 10 times now. My husband loves it! Whole family loves it! My husband requested it for his milestone birthday!!! Thank you so much!!!
i don't usually comment on your videos but i have to say this is one of the best (and easiest indeed!) 제육볶음 recipes i've ever tried! i usually find it difficult to work with 고추장 but this recipe made it so easy to make pork that tastes so delicious 🥳 thank you so much seonkyung longest!!
I love how happy they look when they eat. Because it's something homemade and prepared it such an amazing way, I don't really get to appreciate homemade meals except for pasta dishes (I hate pasta dishes) but it's not like my family will wanna make anything like this because buying ingredients is expensive... Thank for coming to my depressing Ted talk bye
I just made this recipe today and wow my family couldn't get enough of it. This was such a satisfying dish and going on my list of family favorite dinners at my home. Thank you for the delicious recipe Seonkyoung Longest - From One Spring Day via writing from my son's laptop.
Hi Seonkyoung just wanted to let you know I've tried your pork bulgogi this evening and its was awesome! My kids love it. Keep doing what you're doing. I love all your recipe. I've also tried making the ground beef bulgogi and my kids love it as well.
My god, that looks delicious even without 고추장. This is my favorite go-to food. Very reliable, cost effective, and easy to make. My mom made me 제육볶음 김밥 when I was a kid - time to give it a go. Thx for sharing!
I got the Maesil syrup for the first time here in Oslo, Norway. The sweet smiling, let's call her "Mrs kim" offered me a bottle for the price of an arm and a leg at Oslo's only korean mart. But boy does it make all the difference.
Sophia imo_Korean Auntie It might just be my favourite Korean food haha even though I find it way too hard to choose because literally everything I have tried I have fallen in love with❤️
blueberrynaruto maybe blunt knife will destroy the onions’ flesh easily? Haha but sharp on cut faster and better so that less juice come out of onions into the air I guess^^ sorry for broken English
I love this girl! When I start watching her videos, I know my printer is going to be busy :))) "print recipe" "print recipe" "print recipe" I am definitely making this one!
Another way to make spicy pork is use bulgogi recipe and add gochujang. I make bulgogi beef or pork. I take half of marinated meat out into a bowl and add gochujang. I cook regular bulgogi and spicy bulgogi. Cook with lots of onions.
Can I replace the pork with Chicken???if yes the which part of chicken??? I really love this bulgogi and it makes my mouth water 🤤🤤 whenever I see it... But I cant make it using pork 🙃
Hello seonkyoung how r u ? Hi Seonkyoung, I am thinking about selling raw pork bulgogi. Can I put it in a plastic packaging then sell? How to keep it fresh tasting? Is it possible? Or/and can I freeze it to last
Good point! I also try to use less sugar! U can put one more plum extract or apricot jam instead of sugar. Basically plum extract is also made of sugar and green plum! But good nutrition from plum is good! But sweetness is almost same as original sugar.
mouth watering 고추장 불고기 gochujang bulgogi is definitely my fav!. for me, it is the best soju dish (food when we drink soju). veggie wrap is the must when we eat bulgogi. p.s. be aware that big veggie wrap might choke you
