Can you start giving us the brand of the cabinets they use in the models please. Spec sheet info. Ex: Aristokraft ( just an example name ).

We toured this today. The model home they show here is around 1.6m. The master closet isn’t even an available option. Great location but seems any home will be well over 1m. Also, 100k premium lot fee on this one. Quality wise, the homes seem pretty nicely built. All homes come with no landscaping and no pool as well so you would need to build them your own.

Not a bad layout or work for a home more on the budget side, backyard is what all homes should have as a minimum if builders weren't so crazy about maximizing profits cramming homes into smaller lots. The cutting corners on really inexpensive items like not using the rectangular decora wall plates for the light switch and electrical, or a nicer laundry sink are big pet peeves of mine given the hassle of changing things like that out after the fact. Otherwise if someone is looking at the higher and lower end of pricing, homes like this can give a good base to upgrade certain elements yourself if the bones are good in the right areas.

Apache Junction- so many people say they won’t buy because of the name AJ- can they change a city name? There is some kinda stigma why?

I think I have a site plan on that Google drive file, if not I'll upload it. Basically when you go into the community triointe homes is to the left, Shea homes is to the right (emblem). And then the larger series of Shea homes (prelude) is behind tri-pointe and extends along the base of theountain to the right / north. That probably didn't help. I'll upload a site plan!

@@EscapeToArizona thanks much! I was pretty much able to piece it together from a few videos. I live in Goodyear now, but I think I have one more move left in me. I’m going to give Goodyear a few more years to see how it develops (and it’s closer to my work until I retire in 3-5 years). I was visiting a nursery in QC last weekend. Seems like it’s more going on there than in Goodyear. I know this is San Tan Valley address, but it’s still relatively close to QC Marketplace and other activities. I live deep in Estrella Mountain now so I’m used to driving 20 minutes to civilization.

Also, I think Shea has nailed the desert modern home design. I love it. Looks like a baby version of their homes at Storyrock in Scottsdale and reminds me of some of the semi-custom home builder products I’ve seen. Thanks again.
