It took me 2 years to learn boxer step i still struggle with it sometimes but I love seeing how much I have improved since my first time doing it.

It’s another great tutorial Rushie, I’m going to try your method, I sometimes have to adapt my moves to suit me, unfortunately I’m 63 with shit knees but skipping seems to help, wish I’d done it years ago.❤

For some weird reason, I seem to look better doing two hops at a time instead of one. Maybe it's my frame, but still a fundamental jump rope skill to have in the locker. Keep bossing, boss!

I used to always start running on the spot when I tried the boxer step 😂, what do you recommend for me skipping rope wise ??? I’ve had your legacy rope (I think) big heavy krypton green. I have snapped it near the handle I’ve had it ages though so it’s just wear and tear. I like crossovers boxer skip and running on the spot. I wouldn’t mind upping my jump rope game a little bit when I buy a new one. Wich one of your ropes would you recommend.
