Today Julianne and Annie are using some of our blemished apples to make a couple crocks of apple cordial, also known as apple brandy, for us to enjoy this winter! Our plan is to end the process before it is fully fermented, resulting in a yummy apple kombucha kind of drink treat. This is a great way to make use of some of your bruised, imperfect, or extra apples you have this time of year.
