Usually crime ratings are based on cases per 100 000 citizens, so it is not important how big country is. Have you ever were considering Bulgaria ? flat 5% corp tax, 10% dividends tax, very cheap accounting and services, sea, relaxed people... What disadvantages you see in Bulgaria ?

Corporate income tax is 10% no?
@Thanatossssx
@Thanatossssx 14 дней назад
@@ivancnh8667 its actually 7.5% since they calculate the 10% off of 75% of your income because they deduct 2.5% for some reason i cant remember

Congratulations on the new channel Rico !😎! - So I have a quick question in relation to setting up my company in Cyprus..this was when I looked at it before as a U.K. citizen when I wanted to formulate my new technology consulting company (CT at 12.5%) in Cyprus and wanted to spend a minimum of 60 days a year there was that I would need to inject around €200k as start up capital which was deal breaker at the time ,can you please advise if this is still the case and also with the IP Box regime (CT 2.5%) does the €200k company cash injection rules still apply if I wish to stay just a minimum of 60 days in Cyprus a year 🙏…

Hey Steve, thanks for your comment! Yes, this is generally correct and the 200.000€ capital injection is still needed for Non EU nationals so that the company can be registered as a company of foreign interest. Then you will employ yourself under that company and we can then receive your residence permit and the Cyprus tax residency under some other conditions. Did you fill out our form? We would be happy to explain further in a consultation call.

So what if you have a foreign company and distribute dividends from there? Like a US LLC for instance?

Is it possible to stay less than 60 days and still retain Non Dom status?

Try buying even a 1 bedroom apartment….

Do you have to buy property there
@taxone
@taxone Месяц назад
No, there is no necessity to buy a property of course. However, as a Non EU citizen, in order to receive a residence permit, you need to make some kind of extra steps. There are multiple ways to come to Cyprus without buying a property and we are happy to assist individually if you fill out our form. Thanks!

Safest? I would consider the geopolitical location as well here… and Cyprus is way too close to a major conflict zone to be considered safe.

Exactly. Specially with the turks sharing the island

Cyprus has the lowest crime rate in the EU. The locals live peaceful together and we leave with our doors open here. That was the point. And yes, Cyprus is a few hundred km away from a conflict zone, but if something would happen to a EU member country, then we're talking about a much bigger issue and you'd be really "safe" nowhere.

Taxes may be a nuisance, but... public welfare, infrastructure, running a government etc. does cost. So taxes are inevitable otherwise one have to be completely self reliant on everything. From security, infrastructure as electricity, internet, water, waste disposal and much more. Thats not realistic in a modern world. Especially living in a city. So pay Your part to contribute to the community and appreciate the benefits that being provided by this. Schools, hospitals, roads, railways etc. does not build it selves from nothing.

Romania is a good alternative - better banking system than Cyprus. But the Mediterrenean life sounds good!

How is it better? 16% Profit Tax + 8% Dividend + Social Healthcare contributions Of course if you make less than 100k EUR/year turnover you can get the 1% of Total Revenue tax but its getting hard to be eligible for that
