I bought the pair a couple of weeks ago due to the wonder videos and reviews. It looks like an awesome grinder but unfortunately my salt grinder broke apart after using it just a couple of times. What's worse if the lack of customer care, they seem not to respond or address the problem. I guess if the grinder works correctly, it's wonderful but not so much in my case. I am NOT HAPPY AND I REGRET MY DECISION! Hopefully I will get my money back.
It took a while to get their attention (multiple and multiple emails and IG messages) but eventually i got a response from the company. They were very friendly however they did not offer a refund or exchange and insisted with trouble shooting instead. They walked me through disassembling and assembling the grinder back together. I must say, it’s a bit complicated and I hope to God that I don’t have to do that again! It did worked properly but only for a week. I reached out to them again very frustrated after dealing with this for almost 3 months and they finally agreed for a replacement. The replacement so far I had no issues. Was it worth the 3 month headache (and hearing my husband asking me over and over again why I even made the purchase in the first place?!) to finally get a replacement? Absolutely not. Hopefully it won’t brake again and it will last 100 years! Family heirloom I guess if it lives up there standards set up by the company. I agree that you get very precise and a wide range of grinding levels….. up to fine powder. But for the price, not worth it.
Lol their coffee grinders constantly break too or simply can't grind beans and get jammed. Yet they charge 5x their price and mark it as premium. You are most likely to be ignored or cussed out by The do called support team.
@@seveneleven2237the paint has held up really well too. I’ve dropped them about and no noticeable scratches or damage. Would deffo recommend them and think they will last a lifetime
I won’t be buying them any day soon. To put a little salt and pepper onto my food? Not likely. I will use a pestle and mortar and grind pepper to a size I like and put it into a little ‘pinch pot’. I’d also use the 2nd best grinders in the world that work perfectly well and cost £40 per pair. Thank you.
