I know it's mostly sales, but Bahzad has been helping me with self control over my pertinatious denim buying. He's awesome. "Jungle Cloth" is not a corduroy at all, though it is known as "Bedford cord" because it does resemble a cord---and, yes, same fabric used in those Japanese repro deck jackets....
