Naked & Famous Denim uses only the most unique and rare denim fabrics from Japan. The prestigious mills in Japan, from which we import all our fabric, are committed to producing only the best denim in the world.
We keep all our jeans raw and simple. No washes, no embroidery, no gimmicks… just the quality fabrics with modern fits. We have eliminated these costly (and in our opinion unnecessary) after-effects, and have stripped down our jeans to the core essentials. Now true denimheads and newcomers alike can enjoy these special fabrics at a reasonable price, and experience the natural fading process that will make your jeans truly and completely unique.
Every pair of Naked & Famous Denim jeans are proudly and ethically Made in Canada.
I haven't flown in 6 years. The plan is to eventually get to traveling again but with work right now and summer being the busiest time of year, maybe I can have one of my Brooklyn friends hit you up for a 34 True or Weird Guy XD
Tip for perfumes and colognes! The less light they recieve the better, as itll deteriorate the notes in the scent over time! So avoid letting the sunlight beat down on your bottles! Also aquatic scents dont age very well so take them out the back of your closet and use them!
Greetings Naked and Famous Team! I remember waiting in college to use the computer to type my reports. I had to cite primarily from published books with minimal Internet sources. The Internet sources had to be from well established companies too! Bringing back some great memories. Looking forward for the Empire State Jeans to become available, picking them up in Weird Guy 32! Safe travels!
I've been rocking the 10 0z fox fibre the past month till now as my daily... I think it was unsanforized because it had a crazy twist after wear, and feels real drapey. I love it, and it's starting to show some fades, but I mostly see the warmth of the weft. Although I haven't budgeted this year to get jeans ( I think i Have like 5 or 6 to work on yet), I am very curious about the heavier weight and how it will feel comparatively.l
Speaking of the F/W 2025 collection: I know N&F can't produce all shirting fabrics in a new fit, but any chance you can produce some shirting fabrics in an additional fit (preferably a fit with narrower shoulders 🤞), much like how some denim gets groovy guy or strong guy in addition to the standard four fits?
I love that both heavyweights and lighter weight stretch denims are supported. Florida is not exactly known for its jeans versatility. It would be cool for S/S 2025 if N&F does a set inspired by the Jeans worn by special force troops in Vietnam.
Hey Bahzad - firstly, happy travels to you both, and secondly, there might already be a solution to your "geriatric millennial" conundrum. Depends which year you were born, but it sounds like you might be one of us special micro-generation people called Xennials. Generally '77-'83 right on the cusp of GenX and Millennials and as you pointed out, the defining factor is that we straddled the pre/post computer worlds.
Its only been summer a few weeks. But I'm buying the meteor 😤i don't care what you say Bahzad, though I wish you put the selvedge on the outside of the pockets like last time. I'll see how it sells, I know it's lightweight. But I love grey jeans. I really need some denim counseling 😭😭😭
Denim counseling?? That's what we provide each and every week here on the stream - we should add a segment where we answer the communities denim conundrums.
For the guy that wanted to go to NY for the jeans... Don't do it just for the jeans, I went and only really wanted a pair of the exclusives... they were out of stock... Still an excellent experience with their employees though.
Exactly, items like denim that you can get near equivalents locally or by ordering are not worth traveling for. Think of denim as a side quest rather than the main quest.

Wow. I wasn't expecting to miss this but oh well. Its okay, Bahzad, you can get the greatest of all time MJ a pair of jeans he looks amazing in when yous guys hang out. But you may need to make that longer inseam for him...
Sorry Vincent, but I don't want to rewatch all 50 episodes which i can't believe that its been that many, so I can look at mens flies. I just... Sorry😅
23:16 working on the indigo selvedge right now. Glad you showed us twice. Made since Brandon's book of 8 fabrics in 2008! I have the big slub from that too, but I'd like to see the undyed one released one season...
I don't like wearing any perfume. My natural scent is what attracts all the ladies. I dont even like it in my deodorants or laudry detergents. lm 34 next Thursday, and I've never liked it. Something tells me its not something we should be putting on our skin, but its in everything. Soaps, shampoos, and stuff i listed earlier. But I've purposely put a lot of bad things in my body, so I'm not trying to preach. Just never liked spray perfume for my body. I think i tried it when I was 10. But nah
Bro. The smogs are super dope Terry! I wanted them but they're pretty pricey and limited. The shearling lined smugs in the winter are cool too. Rose Anvil collabs
It's definitely pop in Chicago. Maybe the Midwest. We don't call it soda. Even on signs at like the burger joint it'll say like "2 hotdogs and fries with a pop, $4.99" or something like that.
Tammy's back! Groovy Guys look great on Garrett! Love how it drapes over his boots! Button fly all the way! Love the ease of poping the buttons off! Vincent speaks the truth, I always seem to forget to zip my zipper fly pants... Is there a particular reason why zipflies are used for super stretchy denim? For the playlist, some soul music from Mr. Marvin Gaye - "What's Going On", love when the song hits its crescendo
Blue on Black by Kenny Wayne Shepherd (better than the five finger death punch version). An absolute banger, plus it’s blue on black! Ohh, and in New Zealand frozen sugar water is iceblocks. Pineapple Frujus are the best!
Hey Terry, are those SMUGGs the wide version or normal width? As a MUGGs V1 owner I thoguht about getting a pair of SMUGGs bu found the MUGGs to be too narrow for my sasquatch feet.
