And they love what they do but they are very stubborn and disciplined. They enjoy having their own restaurant and ability to create their own menu and do all of these themselves. How is that pity? Do you really think you can be doing this since 1980s if you don’t love what you do? These people take pride in their work. That’s why food tastes out of the world in restaurants like this in Japan unlike some parts of the world where someone just does this to make money. Of course there’s such pathetic place like chains and all, but we don’t usually prefer those establishments over this kind of place. Money isn’t everything in Japan unlike some places where money only matters.
