Adrive i can't confirm this personally but I have an irl friend that once he got a Gmax Beam he SRd for a Shiny Grimsnarl he has it to. But its up to you if you believe that. Edit: he did send a photo of it g-maxed in a raid to me so idk if they are shiny locked. Or if he's just lying.

For some odd reason every time I shiny hunt by breeding, I always accidentally press no to at least one egg I'm hunting and I always worry if that that was the shiny in that egg😫

Knowing how much you love this Pokemon I figured this was a story worth sharing Dan; lastnight I was doing the ol' shiny charm grind, catching, evolving and hatching Pokemon. Anyway I needed to breed my Vikavolt so I could add Grubbin to the dex so I obtained a single egg at the day care before taking it out, that single egg hatched a little later and I was surprised to find it was a shiny!! The one time I'm not streaming :( I'd be over the moon if I didn't already have a perfect modest shiny Vikavolt on my 3DS waiting to be transferred over, still was a nice surprise though! Talk about serious shiny luck!

I love the fact that making competitive Pokémon is so easy in this game. Also, vitamins ARE the best method for ev training as long as you know how to abuse the infinite watt exploit :p

Pokejobs for EV training might be better, you've just gotta swap days. So you can combine it with the infinite watt farming. I EV Trained 8 pokemon completely with just swapping days while getting a bunch of Watts.

You are able to shiny hunt gigantamax, you do the change date method till you get the mon save before you go in the den if not a shiny do it all over agin untill its again that mon. Then when its a shiny you saved before hand so you can even go back to the current date and make it able so people can help you.

Question! Are pokemon determined to be shiny once they spawn in de overworld? Or are they determined once you encounter them? Bcus if you save your game infront of a pokemon, catch it, restart the game and catch the same pokemon again it will have the same stats and nature.

there is no such thing as a combo in this game for battled. once you've battled over 500, the odds multiply by 6 which is 1/682. this is the SAME as masuda method at this point.

@@loopsmusic7624 Actually I stand corrected. I'm at 3,000 wild encounters and I just found out that only 3% of the wild encounters are 1 in 500, the other 97% are full odds. So matsuda seems to be the way to go
