Hi Doc. I have severe neck pain and shoulders pain. I use travel pillow to support my neck and I put pillows on both of my sides to support my shoulders from sinking in while I asleep. I tried to avoid sleeping on my sides to avoid pains on shoulders. I also put pillow under my knees. God bless you. I have your cream a big jar. 🙏🏼🙏🏼

Thanks God for your a good instrument in sharing the main sleeping problem of some elders like me.May slip disc po ako na humilis na ang L5,L4 at L3 na hnd ko nman po kayang ipaopera sa tulad kong vendor lng po kya nsa bhay nlg po nagtitinda .Kinakaya at tinitiis ung kirot upang hnd maging problema ng dati 5,now po 2 anak nlg at sumunod ang husbond ko.Maraming salamat po at sa dami ng aking karamdaman ,ay naba bawasan khit paano sa mga ibina bahagi mo doc iho.God Bless po🙏!
Doc thank you for the tips and even for exercise which I am following everyday. I am a 76 year old woman and a widow. I always sleep by my side either left or right because I cannot sleep on my back. I have a tendency to choke or suffocate. Now I have pains on both shoulders. I need a therapist maybe. Sometimes I put hot or cold patches to relieve the pains. Thank you for the tips on how to sleep well.

I have a couple of queries on this particular video as follows: you won't mind: 1. Is sleeping/lying in prone position recommended for those experiencing difficulty in breathing like covid-19 patients? 2. I've been experiencing some aches and pains every morning I wake up (but please don't mistake me for being an ingrate Christian for I have this firmly held belief that, "Every gising is a blessing!"). Anyway the point I want to clarify is if it could be more cost effective if I invest on more pillows to align my body in neutral position than replacing my mattress. Thank you.

Sleep on your left side. Gravity will work in your favor on your left side as your stomach is now positioned below your esophagus, which makes reflux more difficult.
