I have had this phone for about 6 weeks now and totally love it. I have always been irritated with the quality of audio available on phones but this one hits all the right marks. Fantastic sound on headsets, as well as external speakers but in addition its fast and does everything I would expect of a high end phone. Ok the camera isn't quite as good as others but it's still really good and at the end of the day if I want a better pic I will use a dedicated camera. The only thing I haven't checked yet is how well it drives full sized headphones. The buds that come with it sound good but they are ear buds at the end of the day so I want to get some better headphones. I didn't think I would see a difference with the higher res screen but I must say I like it. Battery life is good but its tough to tell as I have lots of apps that run in the background all the time. It lasts all day but it's at 30% ish after about 6pm. If you are in to audio and don't want to pay 6 to 9 hundred for a premium phone get this one.

Unbox Therapy Thank you so much for this video. If it weren't for this video I would have never gotten the Axon 7. This is one of the most AWESOME smartphone out. 50 + apps and still runs extremely fast. It does way more than this video show the camera is great but the display and sound is ridiculous.

wow, my ZTE blade x max's (I have two) have the same audio drivers in them. I absolutely love them and if I were to ever get another phone I would solely use one of my Blades as an mp3 device.

Been using my Axon 7 for a few months now, I still have no desire to buy another- well because I'm a tech geek I have the urge to buy other phones, but the Axon 7 is doing everything I need and want it to do without any issues. The phone hasn't even crashed on me once!

Phenomenal job of highlighting this smartphones awesomeness in such a quick timespan! While I use an iPhone, products like this are just another example of how much work Apple needs to do to keep people interested in their phone. Love this video and this phone! You're an inspiration :)

Would love to see this compared to the HTC 10's built in dac and amplifier. From what I've heard the Axon 7 doesnt use a 32bit dac and just upsamples the audio.

October 2017, I still have it and still love it.

I've had my Axon 7 for over a year now, and it's still like new. The sound is still amazing and the battery health is about 97% picture is still great no burn and I'm very pleased with this product.

front facing speaker is the best part I can't believe more phones are not doing this it just seems so obvious why would you want a tiny speaker on the back that your hand covers up when holding the phone it makes no sense. manufacturers shouldn't even be allowed to put speaker facing the rear one speaker facing the rear to boot

The Axon 7 64 GB is my favourite Smartphone (and also Michael Fisher says the same, I specifically like the front-speaker-grills design like HTC used to have, but they have changed their design language). the screen made by samsung which mean it will stuck on screen shadow of some image if it's get warm enough after using it for couple hours, try that at any samsung show room just held up your hand over the screen if it's could and the the screen will get an fixed image shadow on it permanently
