Put some Focal Utopias on there along with some real class A amps. Stock system is ran by Dirac Live DSP. Excellent processing. Their home stuff is next level of signal processing.

Years ago I had a 99 Honda, that I put about $3000 worth of speakers, amps, and a subwoofer into, and it sounded better than any factory car audio system I ever heard

I had the pleasure to sit in the "vip" seat of a 2021 s580, and the burmester system blew me away, it set a standard for me that sadly no other car can reach, the acceleration is also absolutely crazy. Best car ever. Lexus has to live up to it.

The vip seat mode all its doing is time alignment. So basically it measures every speaker in that car and it measures the distance to a seat. So lets say you chose the driver seat it measures the distant from every speaker in the car to the drive seat headrest and so basically the speaker that’s the furthest away in distance will you would hear before the speaker that close to you. Thats the best way to explain it

That’s actually the worst system. It’s also a pain to bypass because you have to pay 950 for a NavTV unit to get a signal from ECU to get rid of the crap B&O system. Put in Mosconi amps and Focal speakers with a 12 channel Aerospace and it’s a whole new world of listening. B&O systems are the most complained about systems in Audio. Ford uses them now too. Expensive to bypass too cause B&O locks it down. My next AudiRS I will order it without B&O next time. Too many issues bypassing it. System without is easy to integrate. Also B&O has the most bugs in their system. That’s what made me switch it. I found out a lot of others had it too after I pointed out to others.
Biggest problem with B&O is they are missing a ton of frequencies in the music. Front 8ohm woofers play from 30-80 HZ. Midranges 4 ohm play from 400 to 3k KHZ. Then tweeters are crossed at 6k to 18k. So you are missing extremely important frequencies of sounds from 80HZ to 400. Then 3khz to 6khz. That’s horrendous. You are just assuming it sounds great because you are sucked in by the bass. Everyone assumes deep bass is king. It’s all about the soundstage. It’s about the crossover frequencies aligned with each other. B&O have none of that. Door woofers are cheap Chinese 18w speakers. They are a 4x7 mounted upside in a 6.75 baffle. Most Mickie mouse thing ever. B&O system literally cost Audi 200 in parts. They are the cheapest things ever. All bass and tweeters with no real midrange. No depth or stage forward presence.
@@KontenderTV my phone has a speaker so I would be able to hear it if he turned on his speaker system, it wouldn’t be the same as hearing it in real life but still could hear it. You probably using an old POS phone(just like you 😉) with no speaker and still living with your parents or in your parents basement. Lmao 🤣 😂
