Today we are installing Iron Man 4x4’s beautifully crafted steering box brace onto the Resurrection Cherokee, a part I’ve had my eyes on for years!
This install is usually very straight forward, for our application though we had to make a few modifications (to the Jeep NOT the brace).
Anyone looking to do some serious off-roading in a Cherokee, especially with anything bigger than a 35” tire should consider this kit (Unless you like your steering box detached from your unibody in the middle of a trail).

**Weekly Update: For those of you watching the series in real time, I apologize for getting this one out late for you! Life is crazy right now, we’ve been hard at work getting our Transit van ready for a huge cross country road trip we’ve got coming up. We finally finished it (one less thing to worry about) and once we get back from this trip I hope to get back into the groove of working/focussing only on the Resurrection Cherokee again…we’ll see how that goes.
