- 4 to 8 Provolone Cheese Slices
- 1 Package of Boil-in-the-Bag Rice
- Chicken Broth for Rice (Optional)
- 1/2 Can of Petite Diced Tomatoes
- 8 Oz Can Tomato Sauce
- 1/2 Cup Bell Peppers, Chopped
- 1 Yellow Onion, Chopped
- 1 Stalk of Celery, Diced
