Hey yall! Here’s what you’ll need..
two filets can feed two people if you cut in half.. depending on the size of the filets for smaller portions use smaller filets.. you can also sun salmon for chicken!
Ingredients:
Salmon filets
1/2 lb medium shrimp
1/4 cup grated Parmesan
1/4 cup gouda cheese ( optional) you can stick with only parmesan if you want *
The Juice of one lemon
3 tablespoons chopped green onion
5 strips of bacon ( cooked and chopped)
Cajun seasoning of choice
3 tbs of butter ( divided ) one 2 tbs to cook the shrimp, additional tbs to spread over salmon before cooking ..
Preheat oven to 325..
for medium well salmon cook 12/15 mins
For well done cook 15-17 mins depending on size of filets..
*I used 7 oz filets .. keep in mind since their is filling between the layers the salmon needs a little more cooking time than usual..
so adjust accordingly..
