For anyone wondering he has been dancing for so many years I can't even tell you! He really is amazing and I am honored to say that he is my tap teacher and jazz teacher he is truly amazing and I really am honored to have him as my teacher thanks anthony!
I keep watching Anthony and smile every time - He truly sings with his feet - I never thought I'd see a tap dancer with more talent than Gregory Hines - WOW!
Zxeee ya i do this but i self taught myself from the movie when i first watched it at 4 years old im 11 now i can still do my happy feet but i take proper tap lessons!

At the beginning they were simple moves but with every single sound dramatized, then it turned, like. . . Crazy! I could probably do the first eight count then cry. . .
Agh that is incredibly inspirational;; I used to watch Happy Feet so much as a young kid, and I remember coming into elementary school and telling everyone I could tap dance, and then just slamming my feet against the floor rapidly. The sounds of his shoes are so mesmerizing, and it's such a pity watching performances where the tapping sound is very quiet or blocked out completely. Something about the noise just sends a shiver to my brain and I absolutely adore it. I'm 15 now and I unfortunately never took tap dancing lessons or really practiced by myself but I want to get well at it so badly. It sounds stupid but to be able to perform like that, it would be a dream come true :0
DirtyBrownieMix i tap dance at dance fit studio in Burnham its cheap about £3 a week and it may sound cheap and the lessons must not be worth it if its that cheap, but trust me its professional!

Do you even tap dance? I'm sorry but his tap dancing there has amazing syncopation and he did stay in time with the music! If anything this is one of the best pieces i've ever seen. In tap you also have to feel the music and the beats in order to pull off something so amazing, and no offence or anything but mentioning his weight! That hasn't got anything to do with dancing,dancing comes from the heart love, you can dance who ever you are so just leave please.
The muscle movement is amazing. I've tried tap dancing.... Ballet... Jazz. ect. Because I had muscle removed from a teeter totter accident when I was 7, I had muscles removed due to infection. So all dancing instructors.... from ballet to the top of manhatten ( including samual wright ( voice of sabastian in the little mermaid) all told me I couldn't make it because my left leg wouldn't go down on a full clea. let alone work as well ( how ever you spell. the word cleay) the right leg I favored the most and in dancing you need both. I found ballet very difficult.... as I started jazz tap they told me the same thing. I favor one leg over the other and it would never work. wish I could do this. It's amazing.
I am no dancer, no tap dancer, but he is good! Now, you gotta admit: Take a look at Fred Astaire's tap dancing: til this day, I haven't seen a tap dancer as good as him!
He is amazing... I wish he would have my lift in his upper body and better lines with his arms..as I am more of a "Broadway tap guy"... I have dance professionally for many years... and I must say... this is Fantastic...
Fantastic! What an amazing performance and he makes it look so easy and relaxed. I don't know how anyone can criticise this. I can only assume they have absolutely no knowledge of music or dance.

Impressive- The accents are hit just right! Sometimes people try to do too many fast/fancy steps and they gets lost on viewers who aren't familiar with the intricate steps... but this flows perfectly.
