I’d say 17 has a chance of best team just because it was pretty much the 73-9 team, only difference was they played the guys a bit less hard and added KD.

The 97 Bulls might even be better than the 96 version, keeping their core, and adding Brian Williams. Don't sleep on the 83 Sixers, or 2014 Spurs either. I personally think both the Bulls, Sixers, Spurs were better than Golden State, and that Warriors team is one of my favorites.

2017 Warriors was the most well engineered well managed symphonic, artistically complete and unbeatable team I have ever seen. It felt like Steve Kerr had a musical stick and was directing everyone to the exact X and O they needed to be.

Bulls won the title and had the best season and they had the leagues best season again next year and went 70-12 and won the title again It made it easier for the Warriors to win all those games since the league changed the rules to increase scoring in the early 2000’s - it became the ideology of “people come to see scoring” according to the rule makers in the front office who wanted to sell more tickets as the leagues viewership has only went down. It is still nowhere near the viewership it was back then .. ratings are down. Jordan’s era was the leagues most viewed era … and the most balanced era for defense vs offense. Curry wouldn’t stand a chance if Allen iverson ( in his prime ) or Isaiah Thomas ( in his prime ) guarded Curry with the old rules
