I've been missing my "Alright People...Catfish Dave here!!"...went back and re-watched some previous episodes!! Love ya Catfish Dave!! Keep smackin em!!!!
Glad to see you back Dave! The catfish, not so much. I heard that big male cursin you up one side and down the other. Either that or he wanted one of your Double Dutch Choclate Chip Cookies.
I went fishing the same day as you did Dave. It was May 16th not the 23rd. Heck I'm watching it on May17th. I brought home 5 blue cat for supper and their bellies were full of hundreds of snails.
catfish Dave, you crack me up talking about your gym experience and weight gain,, plain spoken and funny. Looked like a really premium day on the water, thanks for the ride along.
Jim time, cookies, sandwich time, what no cheese so far catching cats post spon scared up but lots of cats takin your old baits , what a guy catfish Dave.!
I haven't had seafood salad in an age, Dave. "You done flung a cravin' on me." Also, if you're going to eat chocolate cookies you need to go double chocolate. It's the principle and I've noticed over the years that you know how to eat while catfishing. What do you think about Vienna sausages? That was a staple with me. It's a well known fact that blue catfish like it rough. 😉 The old home lake produced some decent whiskerfish today. I sure appreciate you letting us go with you.
Bro, where you got that Delorian hiding at? When you decide to get it up to 88mph again and come back to May 17th, 2024, let me know! I've always wanted to see it happen in person!!
Flatheads just started biting here in Michigan. Road trip challenge? Bank fishing? We will catch bait. Got 2 last night including a 17.7 LBer & my smallest ever 24".
Great show, Dave. Question for you. I live on Lake Belton, Texas. Recently, we have had a number of guides catching and killing a couple hundred catfish a trip and then bragging about it on Facebook. Folks get upset about this in their comments, and the backlash from these guides is pretty intense. They say it will actually help the fisheries if this continues. What do you think being from Loudon and seeing what has happened there?
Beware the sugar Dave. That stuff is poison in long sustained use. It's probably okay to binge now and then I suppose. Stay healthy for your fans, brother. Great video, as always. Thank you.
P.S. I thought eating a piece of cheese was the best fish attractant on the boat. Cuban sandwiches and chocolate mint cookies work too? I miss you eating tuna fish with fish splashing lake water on it because of the brain eating microbes. LOL, Pepperidge Farm remembers.
Hi Catfish Dave, your videos kick ass. Do you have your camera closer to the front of the boat? You look further away from us. Im not complaining the video still looks good, I think closer up to you is better It’s just an observation. Like I said your videos kick ass. Did you get the plaque for having 100,000 subs from RU-vid? Thank you for your time on the water
@@bidenhasdementia8657 yeah I know that, but if you look at it, he’s got it lower and towards the front of his boat he’s further away his net is placed on the side of his boat before you could barely see the handle and now you can see more of it, but yeah it’s in a different position
Left tennessee for wisconsin, finnaly went fishing I put a 5 pound catfish in a fish basket for dinner, occasionally ill eat 1, he was so ornery that he turned into a shark and broke through the fish basket putting a hole in the side of it and escaping lol
Thanks for saying what you're using..... "Dragging Weight"? I've never heard that term but now I know just enough to be considered dangerous. Yeah, right. thanks again for the videos
I know your diet problem. I had shoulder replacement surgery 12 weeks ago and physical therapy daily, gained weight, hungry all the time. Unfortunately at this time my bride, a great cook, is not helping, great food, sweets, no willpower, added pounds.
Dave, please get checked for diabetes. Constant cravings for sugar loaded goodies is a red flag my fishing friend. I myself am Type II diabetic. Been keeping it under control via "sugar free" goodies and drinks (mostly water only). When the cravings get to be too much, I munch on carrots, celery, air dried banana chips and occasional unsweetened coconut bar.
