Great post as always guys, I remember you saying you have a 3rd truck, maybe you should start building your on "Tech's Choice toolboxes, and have your 3rd truck as a demo. I much rather buy from Matt and the fellas, then pay triple from a Snap or Mac truck!

i am in southeast alabama back in the 1980s there was several independent tool trucks but now all i see is mostly Matco and about 1 time a year see snapon

You should offer the extreme toolbox brand tool boxes to your customers = more money

We do carry them, we just rather not sell toolboxes bc of the financing it… We carry 3-4 brands but we are about to drop the newest Toolbox brand here soon
