Get flair bottles or wrap glass bottles with duct tape and start tossing. It takes so long and if you take a long break you get rusty very fast. I do anyways

I want to learn how to make cocktails :) I got a new flatmate shortly before lockdown and her boyfriend joined us and both of them are bar tenders. So we are doing little cocktail lessons every now and then and it is so helpful! I also would like to do a course on writing. Character and plot development, something like that. Thank you very much for this! I love the crushed ice in the citrus squeezer, so pretty and simple!

I live near Venice, the recipe is quite simple: fill the glass with ice, then pour (in order) - 1/3 Aperol - 1/3 Prosecco - 1/3 soda water
