It is so important to slow down every once and a while on the road. This is what we did in Agnes Water / 1770. This town was the perfect spot to spend two weeks in our van, chilling by the beach, hiking coastal trails, surfing and hanging out with two amazing people, Jimmy & Sarah from @the_sandy_van.
Agnes Water / 1770 will now always hold a special place in our hearts. This video captures some of the many memories that we made there.
To anyone visiting Agnes Water / 1770, we would 100% recommend the Red Rock hiking trail, the Paperbark Forest Walk, sunsets (and sunrises) from 1770 headland, and the perfect longboard surf at Agnes Water main beach or 1770 headland. If you are looking for somewhere to stay, we booked ourselves in most weekends to the 1770 Southern Cross Travellers Retreat, which is a large piece of acreage and has a resident horse called Strawberry.
We would like to acknowledge and pay our respects to the traditional owners of the land on which this video was filmed, the Meeroni people, and extend that respect to other Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures.
