Im going to do this- thank you ... i have 3 - 10lb bags of quarters, in my deep freezer -- im going to be thawing them one bag at a time then Brine in italian dressing 24hrs- then put them on my 575 Traeger ...!!!
Did chicken legs on the leg/wing hanger and they were the juiciest I've ever done. My only regret is that i should've done them to a temp nearing 180. Your chicken bone will release colors that might be unappealing to some after a few minutes even though they were thoroughly cooked.
I really want to get one of the hangers. What’s nice about legs is you can cook them a little higher internal temp and still be okay. Thanks for watching!
@@jacksonworkshop .. check around your area for local butchers.. a few in my area run weekend specials.. I have picked up 40 pound cases of boneless skinless chicken breast for $1 a pound.. 5-7 pound Tri-Tip for $20 each..
