Isn't their cardboard on the inside of the flat part of bag (bottom) that would ripple or warp once it dries? Or maybe it's just a plastic piece. It's possible using a harsh scrubber might remove or lighten the dye

You can use the micellar cleansing water for that and use a cloth or something and just dap it or soap that helped for me
