I need to attempt bread making 🍞 I’m fairly confident I could do it but I’ve heard multiple failure stories 😂 did yours come out well? I love the scent of it floating around the house 😊 I’m decent at cooking in general and I used to bake when I was younger so hopefully my conquest of bread turns out well

The indirect heat on the salmon for the first recipe was genius. The ONLY downside is no crispy salmon skin which I'm all about.

The greatest reason why I like your Videos so much? You let the Food, the Utensils and the Environment you work in do all the Talking. No superfluous chit chat or opinions, no Advertising. Even the Dog plays an important role in the Production, offering 'moral' support! Such Content is rare in this day and age where so much of what's posted is nothing more than pandering drivel. These videos are my go-to videos for relaxing. Iʻve also started buying some cast iron cookware (start small and see how they are). I also want to try making bread but have to figure out how to do it in my oven since I live in a town in Hawaii. That said, keep bringing us those vidoes.
