I play with default xp and i average about 4-6 SP on every player I use this method on. of course this works better with better with SS/XF but you can still get high points with star and Normal. 1st get about 3 mentors for whatever position you want to increase. 2nd make sure you play the training camp for preferred player. 3rd put whatever player you want to gain max xp for set them as a backup you can go to weekly strategy to see what considered back up and starters. 4th continue in Weekly strategy and set your rep for preferred position to backup idk why but backups seem to earn xp at better rate then starting. 5th this is IMPORTANT go to formation Subs in the manage staff tab and sub your player that you want to start at there position basically your using a loophole to bench them in training for the xp but still getting the playing time during the game that you wouldn’t if he was benched. 5th this is also IMPORTANT pay attention to you coaching points if you have a coach that has the 3 extra week strategy spots great if not you absolutely need this to make sure you get as many player that you want to upgrade in those spots usually it takes 100-150 points to get all the way down there to buy in the skill tree I usually get there with point about week 6-8 simming but if your playing you can get there a lot faster because you control the point you get and also obviously buy the skill trees for xp you want and that’s pretty much it it’s sound like a lot and it was a lot to type but Its worth it.
