Keep up the videos bro you always been my favorite sports guy I would love to see a who to rebuild video from you on madden and more franchise tips you deserve to have more subscribers and views for sure
BCV increases the chance that the player will reach for a 1st down and/or touchdown when within range. Not saying it's super important, but definitely not the same as Awareness man
I’m starting to think that traits matter in user play more than I thought. I know this is a rb video but my rookie QB can’t complete a ball to a wide open receiver in all madden. Not touched. No pressure. Feet set. He’s got the happy feet trait but has great stats and physicals. It’s literally a pray if he completes a pass that’s not an rb or wr screen. Anyone else dealing with this.
I actually have some insight on the covers ball trait! The game shows the wrong trait! When you select "Big Hits" the game actually selects "Never". It is one off. So if you want "Big Hits" you actually want to select "Medium Hits". That's also why most of the BEST running backs end up having "Medium Hits" because they're actually getting the best one "Big Hits". If you edit the code on pc you can actually see what it's really on, instead of the incorrect in-game trait. Furthermore, you can test this in game by putting it on "Never" in game and you'll notice the player will actually always cover the ball instead of never because in game its off by one, so it's actually set to "always" when set to "never" in game. If you want to never cover the ball you need to put it on "Big Hits"
So when looking at a player's Player Card, are you saying you should look for "on Medium Hits Cover Ball" because it's actually "big hits"? or is this just when editing a player?
From your testing do you think height or weight is more important to the algorithm. Or does it all just factor into the size grade that you usually see with draft picks.
@@JacobReid yeah I just drafted 86 overall generational guy. I usually just go to free agency after the draft and sign the fattest I drafted WR and convert to RB But this dude was too good to pass up. 94 speed 77 strength. Built actually the same as nick Chubb in height weight at 227. 5’11. He falls forward but not until I got his trucking above 90. I honestly don’t recall a rb who was 6’2 or taller but wasn’t 220. So I didn’t know how it feels. I do have a 6’3 and 6’4 WR that both fall forward but it’s hard to tell vs the rb because both are taller and stronger than the RB. I also have a very unique 6’6 guy I just drafted for very late. Project. 93 speed. 99 juke off rip. 98 agility. 97 change of direction. Awful route running in 60s. He’s 205 weight wise. 67 strength. Low trucking. Has the trait to fall forward. He doesn’t really fall forward that often. So I don’t really know. I’m not sure if the fall forward is more about youre size grade … height weight. Or your trucking and strength.
