I live in Australia, went to Whistler once in 2018, I knew in my life I would be at least going once more. But now its un-certain if ill be getting there anytime soon. But all I know is my life mission will be to get back there again! Its that good I hardly took and photos. Im a wanna be photographer and take hundreds of photos every holiday, but at Whistler I only took a total of maybe 80 photos, you know why? Because I was sending it so hard, every moment I could, its just so fun there is no time to stop. But I do highly suggest stopping safely on the track and taking it in.
I went to my first proper trail park this week and boy am I unfit. You guys must be so fit to get through these trails as you do. GEEZ Love ya work mate!
@alex alamangos Honestly I find them to be quite different. I have done a bit of moto riding and find the mountain bike to be a completely different beast. Both fun, but different skills and fitness.
I love these kind of videos, A-line runs (while I do love them) are a dime a dozen. There's so much of whistler I've not seen, I'll definitely be adding these to the list for my next visit.
Gotta say always entertained when I watch one of your videos. Seeing all the great trails up north just solidifies the fact I need to take a vacation up there sometime, good job.
Mannn- sponsored by Whistler, you’re doin big things my man!! Love from The Bay Area. I just got my first proper mtb and your vids get me educated but furthermore, mad hyped 😆
Or have a history like me- thousands of crashes and the healing process is slower, so we tend to think about things a little too much before”diving in”
Nice work team! Looking forward to checking out Palm Corners, nothing like the feeling of riding fresh dirt. More Duff was a nice surprise this season too, unreal to ride a trail like that in the bike park. Shady Acres, Del Boca Vista, and No Joke top to bottom are some of the best lines in the park. Looks like you were getting all the goods while you were out here! Great vid as usual :)
Looks like you might have the next Goldstone on your hands! Haha, your whole family SENDS! Thanks for the lesser known tour, nice to see something different on the mountain... those blue trails actually look rideable which makes me feel like it would be worth the trip. Usually I just assume I'd be in way over my head and decide to stick closer to home. Next season might be the time! Thanks for the push!
Haha you might be right! The cool thing about whistler is that is has *so* many trails for every skill level. The blues (and greens) there are amazing.
Hey, I went to Whistler a little while ago! I just started MTBing very recently, so having the chance to explore around some of the best trails and the pumptracks really helped me to get used to my new bike, and the sport itself. Love ur vids man! Those trails look gr8.
Great vid, More Duff is amazing, such a fun way to get down from that zone compared to the old double track road exit. New Creekside stuff looks super fun, tight steep berms for the win. Also cool to see Brad shredding, sneaky inside lines and doubles, great to see the guy running the show knowing how to shred! I have never seen that inside/straight line to cut off that right hander at the bottom of A-line tech either haha.
This hurts a bit, as we were scheduled to be at Whistler in June. Next year for sure, barring pandemic, injuries, busy schedules, we'll be there to ride these new trails.
Man. I am SO excited to get out there next year. Plans changed this year obviously but I'll be DAMNED if I'm not making the trip to the promised land next year!
@@TheLoamRanger wabos too small man haha. Im a skate and snow guy. But loved watching those guys rip it down the mountain. Dudes would eat it, hard and just immediately get back up and keep ripping down the to mountain. I would've been laying in the sticks gazing at the tree tops haha. I do plan on going back tho! Whistler was chill af
Del Boca would be a solid blue trail in many bike parks. Such a fun roll out from the old Dirt Merch. Awesome vid and your riding is mint. Your son sends it! May I suggest doing a vid of Lord of The Squirrels...crazy climb (for me anyway) but what a descent!!
They need to build an a-line style jump trail down creekside. It would help spread the lift lines out so much so people aren’t only riding fitz! Creekside has so much potential but they keep building only blue flow
I started nountain biking several months ago and have really fallen in love with it - I want to be able to hit stuff like your kid was hitting so bad lol. Well I guess I got some practice ahead of me
It's crazy to watch your riding progression over the last year. I feel bad about mine then I realize... oh wait, this is your job. Mine is in my office:)
I lived in Seoul for half a year for work and from my thirtysomething floor hotel room window I could see some really nice mountains when the pollution was low. I bet there are some amazing mtb trails out there! Originally I’m from the Harz Mountains of Germany (we got our 2 questionable minutes of fame in Pulp Fiction) and the bikeparks (of course the natural trails also) are amazing over here!
@@rolux4853 Unluckily, we don't have good trails and bike parks here compared to other places. I bet we have less than 10 bike parks in South Korea and none of them can compete with the trails out there... And I also live in Seoul, but all the bike parks are far out so it's kind of frustrating. And most of the mountains we see don't have bike-specific trails, just paths for people to walk... Good to see you having fun in Germany!
Hi all, sorry what I mean is preventative controlled burning. I'm from Australia. It's burning the undergrowth to prevent a massive bushfire in summer.
So to visit a the bike park #whistler guy of #theloamrange good to #sponsored in prepattion of thes session's of trails bike. thanks guy's rider's. Saluds of chile 🇨🇱 🤘😀🤘
Same here bro, I feel ya pain. Especially with this insane level lockdown (only 1 hr riding a day, only 5km from home and curfew 8pm-5am). Is my dream to get to Whistler, but…. $$$.... although, there is always a way…..just gotta find it.
You could use the GoPro editing apps, or if you’re wanting to step things up without spending any money, try Davinci Resolve. I have a video on that program actually, so feel free to check it out. Cheers!
