Thanks madam to describe the process of prayanam for brain work properly. In Anulom Belom pranaym, it rectified 72crores 72lac 10thousand and two hundred ten nerves. I have a student of mental problem and depression. Now, he is better within two months.Please note that, I am also doing yoga and pranaym regularly in which Shirshana and Mayurashana also at the age of 74years. Thanks and god bless you.

1. Kumbhaka - 5 rounds. Inhale from mouth as much as you can, hold for 10 sec, exhale from mouth. Increase time gradually. 2. Anulom-Vilom - 10 rounds. First inhale from left nostril, hold for 4 sec, exhale from right nostril - this is one round. Then inhale from right nostril, hold for 4 seconds, exhale from left nostril - this would be round 2. Again start from left nostril, and continue upto 10 rounds. 3. Bhramari - 3 rounds. Softly, close your eyes with middle finger and ring finger, and ears with thumb. Inhale a long breath from nose, and produce sound from throat like honey bee. Do morning or evening, but with empty stomach.

Devika madam, I have been following your videos quite regularly. A few days back I tried these exercises, and found results next day itself. Had clarity in mind and calmness. I practice Yoga too. All practises developed in our country Bharat were always different forms of Yoga in benifit of manking, including the temples and Images we worship bring out of our subconscious mind the hidden powers, just as a toy dall brings out of a 3 yearold girl the hidden mother inside of her. Systems of many more yogic practises were developed to awaken the human conscience , but were destroyed by People like Ghori and khilji invadors as they burnt down most of Bharat in a genocidal war to eliminate and destroy all knowledge they considered as Unislamic Shirk and Kuffr, and likes of ISIS continue this book burning and killings to day today. People like you are as rare as diamonds in a heap of coal. Keep it up brother, you have a bright future, God bless you

It is pranayam. It needs to be practice minimum 15 min to 30 mins daily with kapalbhati pranaya 30 mins. Thanks for your efforts.

Devika ji..I am doing this yoga for 3 days now and there is a definite feel good factor.Im thankful to you for that.Can I ask few questions? 1) How many times can we do this kumbhaka pranayam in a day? 2) One of my senior relative, 62 years old had a mild stroke 6 months back.He is fine now.Can he do this kumbhaka pranayam?

Good to hear from you. 1. One time in a day is more than enough. 2. In Kumbhaka retention of air should not be more than 10 seconds. Practice regularly 👍
