You know this has to be my absolute favorite TNA segment as well the best promo I've seen Bully Ray give, because for him competing in this business for over 2 decades and being a part of a tag team in the majority of his career, when he became a singles wrestler his mic skills have definitely impressed me, and to be honest I am not a true fan of his but in 2013 he definitely deserved being the TNA World Heavyweight Champion.

I really was not a fan at all of the Aces and Eights, but man, Bully Ray was absolutely fantastic at this time, he got himself into great shape and went on the run of his life, he felt right in this role too, natural fit for him
Bully ray was smart at least he that fine piece of ass Brooke book with him. And to give him credit he has one of the hottest girlfriends the sweet Velvet Sky very impressive

That was so funny. I haven't watched tna since H&B came. Now that they look to be gone I'm taking another look. BFG looks great to watch. Bully ray has come into his own as the main guy nicely.
What would make Bound for Glory even better would be returning Mr. Anderson screwing up Bully Ray for what he did to him! I'd love and hope to see that!

Bully Ray as World Champ? Magnus as World Champ? Eric Young as World Champ? Damn TNA, Dixie and her "concept" absolutely sucked in 2013 and early 2014. Thank god Bobby Roode is the champion now. Bobby Lashley was not bad either. Good and strong wrestler, no mic skills but who cares. AJ Styles, Kurt Angle, Bobby Roode, Samoa Joe and Austin Aries are still the best TNA Champions ever, in my opinion.
What are you talking about? The idea of Bully Ray's entire promo was that it didn't really make sense. He was talking and comparing himself to people he had no business comparing himself to and 'profanity' is perfectly legit as insults.
despite TNA Wrestling not being original with another contract signing segment, both competitors delivered fantastic promos! after all these years of busting his ass and learning the craft, Bully Ray is THE BEST HEEL there is! none of the top heels in the wwe come close. he's UNTOUCHABLE. and The Phenomenal One AJ STYLES hung in there with him too. this storyline is very hot and too good to end at Bound For Glory. i wager Dixie Carter is gonna screw STYLES to further this exciting feud!!
So someone says Bully will never be 'Over' as a Champion and someone replies "someone hasn't been watching over the past year". The problem is a lot of people haven't been watching, with ratings going into the 0.8s.
What an embarrassment for TNA, that Bound for Glory 2013 was only attended by around 3,500 people in The Viejas Arena that has the capacity for 12,845. Much of the arena was tarped off with fans seated near or opposite the hard camera. It is quite humiliating for a company that has a PPV, which is supposed to be TNA's answer to 'WrestleMania' and not even be able to fill three quarters of the arena up.
