The meaning of Baba Nam Kevalam kiirtan is Love is the Essence of Everything. Kiirtan is the singing of a mantra aloud while ideating on the Supreme Being. It can be done anywhere, any time, but the best time just before meditation. It is extremely beneficial and makes meditation much easier.
Meditation is a method where you can actually obtain GOD perception. You can actually feel God, see him, be with him, realize him.
We request that you make an appointment to meet God now, through the self-liberating process of YOGA - UNION, which consist of meditation and chanting a universal mantra: Baba Nam Kevalam.

At the least it is a good test of your phone. The gpu has to work hard to keep up. Very hard to stream and compress with the whole picture moving.

I suppose what could lower the stuttering effect is recording it at half the turning speed, and than digitally speed it up. I'm theorizing through. Some codecs can add frames by caculating the middle ground between frame a and c, to create b.
