I walked into one of these assemblies once and as I entered I noticed that ALL spoke NOT, my language. So I turned to leave, knowing I wouldn’t understand a single word. I was stopped at the exit when a man said, “we’ll have someone translate for you”. So, with my appreciation, I stayed. Little did I know, months later, things would get out of hand. As this utterance of, “unknown tongues””?”, continued, I found myself doing this same study to discover, (it was foolishness)!! The truth was exposed to them, the day I walked in, when they promised to translate but the one thing they couldn’t translate was this “utterance”. It escalated so much so, that it only inspired my curiosity. I saw this as (self edifying), and it was somewhat pleasing to me to see the self joy they had, yet it seemed somewhat prideful to me. Now, God reveals something I didn’t expect? They stopped translating Spanish to English, all together. The assembly’s “utterance” escalated from 5, to 10, to 15 doing this and I couldn’t understand a word, so I left. I went home and prayed desperately for God to reveal to me just what was being said. The next visit, the same?, but this time, as when I first entered, I didn’t understand a word? Five steps in, with NO understanding, what so ever, I reminded God of my prayer and suddenly, clear as a bell, I heard, five words coming from this. “BRING DARKNESS INTO THIS CHURCH”. I believe God wants us to understand what we speak and hear and yes, when we pray, the Holy Spirit may intervene. And we may find ourselves praying with groaning’s which we do not understand but I do not see this as something that would be public. The thing God showed me was that this can go either way. You could be calling on God but mostly, because you don’t understand, you very will, could be calling on Satan. To me, to be part of this is like being an accessory to a crime against God and I will never again have myself influenced by it’s works. ‭‭Galatians‬ ‭5‬:‭25‬-‭26‬ ‭KJV‬‬; “If we live in the Spirit, let us also walk in the Spirit. Let us not be desirous of vain glory, provoking one another, envying one another.” This is, “the works of the flesh”. It is witchcraft. Galatians 5:19-21 (The works of the flesh)!

Tongues are languages. The unknown tongues is languages that were unknown to the jews and that's why they needed an interpreter. Tongues is not some sort of jibberish nonsense.
