Is it weird that I kind of like the dynamic of raj with the girls better than raj with the guys? His character fits super well into more of an emotionally open atmosphere and that's generally not what he gets with the guys.
I liked Emily. Not sure why they said it was manipulation it seemed sincere to me! It seemed to me the girl Claire was manipulating him to get her to go out with him by saying its the girls rulebook etc. Poor Raj!
Exactly. Emily was the victim and was hurt.. Because Raj breaks up with her thT too on valentines Day. Everyone was rude to her after that! And yes I liked Emily character more than *penny, amy, raj and definitely Bernadette*
Based on my limited amount of social skills, Emily is doing a guilt trip to appeal to Raj's conscience and force him to do things he's reluctant about such as going out with her again. This is manipulation.
Those little gestures Penny did to Bernie at 0:44 lol! i don't know why but it looks so cute. And Amy's "you don't need to be pregnant to smell that load of crap" at 1:26 is one of my favorite lines from her.
This is one of my all time favorite TBBT scenes. When Emily calls and the camera switches to Raj’s point of view, the looks the girls give Raj are absolutely hilarious. “Is this a good time?” The girls all shrug their shoulders and have a goofy look saying “I don’t know.” 😂

Anyone else notice the transitional character traits of the early seasons guy characters into the girl's characters? Like for instance, Penny knows everything about this situation, Sheldon. Bernadette is the rational positive one, Leonard. Amy has that bit of sarcasm about Raj's feelings, Howard. And well they all become Raj when they start speaking into each others ears. Or is that just me?
There are not really much more option left for Hollywood to play with. If you put every Sitcom side by side, there is ALWAYS similarities. You can't jsut say that those were made on purpose.
I don't understand why they are being mean towards Emily. Raj broke up with her because he wanted to pursue Claire. He did it on Valentine's day. Emily was the victim and she was hurt. Why on earth do they say she was manipulative?
Women know other women. They knew she'd start crying and Emily did on cue. I suspect they were trying to keep Raj from making another mistake , not that it helped.
@@delicias.p8405 i used to like Raj. Then i rewatched the series and I was like man, he treats women well only when it benefits him. He shouldve stuck with Emily. She gave him a lot of slack and she was also quite enjoyable as a person. She just didnt mix well with the girls of the group i guess
Hmm, so what if Emily tries to get back with Raj. Didn't Penny and Amy try to get back with L & S? Didn't Bernadette take back Howard after she broke up with him?
I think the girls may be a bit biased by the fact that Emily wasn’t really part of their group, maybe? Penny, Amy, and Bernadette all stayed close with each other and their exes after their breakups at least, whereas Emily sort of just dropped out of their sphere. It’s like they were only friends for Raj’s sake, which might impact how they feel about him getting back together with her on some level. Which isn't to say necessarily that that's a nice thing to do, or a conscious decision, just that they might not be as interested in these two finding happiness together as, say, with Leonard and Penny.
It's really hard for a man to hear a woman crying and to do nothing. We have feelings, regardless it is manipulation or real sadness. And if that is used to manipulate us, damn, she is a really horrible person.
@@beomgyulightbrownhairissup9547 I'm certain the actress is terrible (she would have to be to stay on this show for as long as she did and not try to find anything better), but the character is certainly worthy of scorn and derision. The only purpose she seems to serve in the later days is to bitch and complain about the antics of her alleged friends and get drunk to such a degree that any normal person would die of alcohol poisoning.
It's nothing wrong that Emily wants to get raj back. I don't know why Penny doesn't want they get back together. Penny always ruins raj's happiness in my opinion.
Raj said a lot of times that he feels that emily was his opossite because she was kinda sadic and he's more sensitive, so i don't know how can someone be happy in that situation...
Can someone explain why the concept of "trying to get back with an ex" is that bad? Because, as far as I know, that's like the most normal thing to do when you broke up with someone, either you try it or you ex try it... not every one on the planet has been in this situation at least once in their lives? 🤔🤔🤔🤔
cause you broke up for a reason. And people rearly change, so usually (with very little exceptions) you will ended up single and even in more pain than before. Not to mention all that time and nerves you will waste.

Raj needs to do an arranged marriage & be done with it. He's damaged goods. Bummer. Maybe just be happy in the marriage he already has to Cinnamon & leave it at that.
Raj always asked the girls for their opinion which i thought was sweet. Men & women i feel can have strict platonic relationships. I liked Amy what a nice gift for an astrophysicist. Amy always supportive.
It's funny to think that they made Penney the 'hot one' in the show when Bernadette aka Melissa Rauch is the real life maximum model js. Like they dumbed down her being beautiful so Penney could stay the hot one. But if you look Melissa up, she is straight georgous! Like the kind of woman men dream about and are like hey look what I was able to get with when they bring her home to meet the parents lol.
Nah. Penny has a better and sharp face. Bernedette still looks like a cute girl, not a hot and sexy girl. It is sexy to date the cute and short girl, but in the long run, you want the hot and busty sexy look of Penny. Man her body is worthy dying for.

You’re right but Raj dated 2 Emily’s and both were red haired girls. The one who can’t speak is the one with long hair and the other was medium... they were kind of similar but there is an episode where Raj tried to put all his ex-gf together to understand what is wrong with him and both Emily showed up!
After this one girl, who Had social problems dumb him with an email and broke his hurt, I can't reemember wchich episode was that, but at the same episode Leonard went to this station on a ship
