My best friend is a math teacher and has the same sarcastic wit as Sheldon. Watching them actaully get excited and show a small level of childlike vulnerability is absolutely hilarious😂🤣.
true the only things they are adults are the important things, like jobs, cooking, grocery, and driving i choose 1000 times a sesion of CoD (warning, not recommended for people older than 16, or u gonna just got insane, mainly for the underage racists, aka ratboys)or a sesion of DOTA, or even better any mmo marathon than watch football, (any kind of it), go to a bar (liver and kidneys are more important than being drunk) or dating (god bless escorts services)
I'm surprised the gang never bothered to fix the elevator. With their combined experience and knowledge they could definitely fix the elevator. I mean they can't make it any worse then it already is as Leonard blew it up.
aside from it being a running gag, they aren't allowed to. it's property of the building manager and without the approval of the owner not only could they not fix it themselves, but they also couldn't hire a licensed prof to do it either.
@@MasterLoki1991 Ironic, too, that in all those years (over 12) they never once encountered any other tenants traveling up or down those stairs. On only a few occasions did they encounter a neighbor standing in a doorway even.
@@Beezlie727 Maybe it's just like Xenoblade Chronicles? You don't see them outside a few specific hours each day whatsoever? Sheldon is enough of a genius to figure out when nobody is around.
@@theinvestmentdoctor8178 once they try to copy Friends too much by using their jokes and focusing more on relationships instead of the original nerd stuff that made it unique , that's when this show started to suck.
Hearing them call SWTOR a new game is nostalgic. I don't think any one back then would believe that it would still be getting new content all these years later
I wish I had a group of friend who I could geek out Star Wars with... Movies or video games or board games or trading card games or legos or dress up or comic books or dramatic readings of novilizations, YES TO ALL!!
i miss the weekends spent like this! but now i have a son, school, husband and no time for practically anything like it. O PLEEEEEAAASE IT'S GOT LIGHT SABERS! I am sure has come out of my mouth several times to my husband. haha
@@rivenoak I used to play it when it was realised, tried to come back last year but do you know that now you cant use the chat unless you pay the membership? Thats just evil... but its ea so it was expected
I'm not a gamer(but trying to be one) and wasn't very good at science. However seeing this show makes me wish I have friends like these and I was out of my dorm, in apartment, and living across the hall from them. I am a big nerd and can go on about anime, cartoons, comics etc.
Don't try to be a gamer, please. It will destroy your life. Gaming and real life goes hand in hand only in TBBT(unless you make money off it of course)
Amy needs to accept the fact that Sheldon gets his way. Remember that every agreement Sheldon writes up make it clear that it has to be Sheldon’s way only no one else matters just Sheldon.
The biggest Star Wars marathon I had was last May the 4th. I watched all 10 Star Wars movies back to back, all within 24 hours. Phantom Menace, Attack of the Clones, Revenge of the Sith, Solo, Rogue One, A New Hope, The Empire Strikes Back, Return of the Jedi, The Force Awakens, and The Last Jedi. It lasted from 12 A.M to 12 P.M, but it was worth it. It's going to be difficult trying to fit the Rise of Skywalker in when it comes out.
The six in the original trilogy, plus four that Disney has produced: Rogue One, Solo, The Force Awakens, and The Last Jedi. If you mean there are only six as in the others don't exist, I guess I can see where you are coming from since the sequels were not any good, but I stand by Rogue One and Solo as being worthy as the best Star Wars movies outside the original six.
While it wasn't non-stop, I marathoned all FIFTEEN Star Wars films when Rise of Skywalker came out. Yes, 15 is the correct number: 1. Ep I 2. Ep II 3. Clone Wars 4. Ep III 5. Solo 6. Rogue One 7. Ep IV 8. Holiday Special 9. Ep V 10. Caravan of Courage 11. Battle for Endor 12. Ep VI 13. Ep VII 14. Ep VIII 15. Ep IX
Michael Smith well, I can’t talk for all women, but I can say there are lots of exceptions. My boyfriend doesn’t like videogames but he does love sports and I’ve always accepted to spend evenings and weekends watching matches with him without problems :) even though I understand very little ahah
As much as i would love playing with friends SWTOR, it was his word plus his girlfriend so i would honor that. I played the game for a little while and its so much fun.
used to have gaming marathons all the time in the 90s and early to mid 2000s. Console and PC. very fun getting together with friends, then i worked at an Internet Cafe , so we all met there for a couple years.
They could’ve just waited for next weekend, then everyone will be happy. I know the other guys can get annoyed by Sheldon sometimes but surely they’d be open to waiting a bit longer if it means they can all play together
Amy wants Sheldon to come to her aunt's birthday party but Sheldon prefers games, I had the same problem! Where I was invited to a wedding, I nearly went but because I was planning to attend my first gaming marathon with a lot of friends, I went to the marathon instead!
Sheldon's line that he uses the Relationship agreement to get the "right way", being his way, is another instance that the Creators don't want to admit that they made Sheldon with Asperger's. I have Asperger's and I can say from personal experience that I used to think that my way was the best way, and that when someone didn't agree with it, they were automatically wrong. Simply put, even when in a relationship, Sheldon still thinks he is entitled to everything and strives to achieve it (His way, and no alternate way) and has no idea how to properly compromise in such a situation
I understand them "not admiting it" (I have asperger's myself by the way). It gives them more creative freedom to do with Sheldon what they want, so that they aren't restricted by symptoms of a disorder of any kind
{ I have Asperger's and I can say from personal experience that I used to think that my way was the best way, and that when someone didn't agree with i } Plenty of people without it act that way too.
"Yeah? Well, who wants to spend the whole weekend running around a bunch of PRETEND planets battling made-up monsters? That's for babies..." "Yeah, but it's got lightsabers." "PLEASE AMY, IT'S GOT LIGHTSABERS!!" Sheldon's an adorable baby boy. 😂💙💜😍
That ending!!!! Honestly you never grow out of Star Wars in our gen and our elder’s gen if not for the rest of the content it’s because “it’s got lightsabers!”

I remember the launch of this game. It was actually insanely impressive. I think the only reason why I quit playing was because most of my friends quit fairly soon after it launched.
1:22 Things like this are the reason why Sheldon (or ANY guy anywhere) is hesitant to settle down. Look at the joy in him go from 0 to 100 in mere seconds... and then come crashing down shortly thereafter... Then ask yourself, if he was single, how would this scene have been different?
It looks like it's important to go to that birthday party and did everything right ( the request ) to have sheldons aprooval And he still didn't go. How many times did Amy did something she doesn't like just for Sheldon?
Between a gaming marathon and going to a 93-year-old's birthday party, I wouldn't blame my boyfriend for choosing the gaming marathon. Hell, I'd choose the gaming marathon and I'm not even a gamer. The girls are pissed that the guys want to play instead of hanging out with them, but the guys aren't pissed that the girls keep belittling their interests, calling them childish and stupid. That's very forgiving on the guys' part. If my bf called my hobbies "dopey", I'd be pretty mad.
If the girls had any hobbies besides drinking I feel like they might give it a shot and hang out but all I’ve seen in the show is they drink buy stuff they can’t afford and dis the guys on their hobbies
He could have done both -- played on his laptop until the party, dropped out for a couple of hours, then jumped back in. I'm sure the other three could have made accommodations.
i dont know why they dont just delay the star wars weekend. its not like its for a special occasion or something, they literally just came up with it going up the stairs lol
So you have punky brewster and the kid from roseanne translocating into BBT. Any chance of the 3rd rock from the sun or friends out of work actors getting a part on the show?
Honestly, I totally agree with sheldon. Who wants to go to a grandma party when you can play SWTOR? As a diehard star wars legends fan who's also only 20 years old, I'd risk losing a relationship for playing SWTOR with my friends.
@@Skindrift But she actually got his word... his promise... and she told him well in advance. Plus, for her whose probably worrying her family, such a thing would be important...
