Hey LoJo, I live in Illinois, most forest preserve lakes/ponds are still open, unless posted that it's closed. I've been fishing this whole year so far, even had a chat with game wardens, they don't mind as long as everyone is being respectful with each other.✌🏽

Really enjoying your videos. Just started fishing and bought my first rod and reel. Have a question though. Being in west central Georgia I have access to the Chattahoochee river. Any tips for fishing on a river? Ive caught 2 bass so far in my fishing career and pretty sure they were just by accident!

Quarantine challenge make your own artificial fishing lure out of stuff around the house twist off bottle caps piece of wood etc. Imagine all the stores are closed and you are out of all lures you have now and have to fish with only the reels and line you have but have to make your artificial lure yourself .That would be a challenge and requirement of 5 fish in a day. Lol remember if you do this give me props lol. Just started watching your channel i enjoy keep it up!!

I have the lews xfinity casting rod, the orange one. I noticed your crank grips are sorta cruddy too like mine. Is there a way to clean the little grips? My grips and the handle material both are dirty and i cant figure out what to clean them with. I dont want to use something super aggressive and melt the rubber but i hate the look of a bright orange and white pole lookin all pretty but having grimy grips, any info would help. I tried isopropyl and it didnt even attempt to take the dirt off.

LOJO, another great vid.. this is my fishing life, NE FL fountain ponds, many of which have bass pushing double digits. There's also a ton of carp which they stock in them for algae and grass management I think... There's this one pond that is considerably smaller than the 2nd pond in this video that has a shark of a carp in it... terrifyingly large, like 60 lbs.. I wouldn't even know what to do with it if I caught that thing.

I fish a pond about that size and he stocks grass carp to keep it clean and I caught a 22lb carp on bread, it was about a 30 min fight and I highly recommend you going for them, it's a fun time and would make great content😄
