A look at the new 2021 limited edition Seiko Marinemaster 300 “Seigaiha” dive watch 青海波 SLA053 Seigaiha 青海波 - topperjewelers... 8L35 video by Bruce Williams - • What the 8L35 Movement...
My grandfather collected Seikos and left me his small collection when he passed. For that reason, I will always have a soft spot for the brand. The dial on this one alone makes me want one. Great job as always!
I love the way you are filming/capturing these watches! Its not full of video filters like watchfinder & Co. which is a style but not my cup of tea. In your videos watches show their original colors. And also keep up the wrist shots from a medium-close distance (like the one at 01:13 )! I think every watch channel should use more angles like that. Because every wrist shot you see nowdays is a super close up and you cant get the feeling of the watch's size and yeah..the feeling of it. Love ur vids!;)
I own this watch and feel pretty much the same way you do about it. After wearing it 4 days in a row, I felt a little fatigued and listed it for sale. That was foolish and it will stay in my collection. Maybe I'll just wear it once or twice a week on non-consecutive days lol. Great video
Nice review, as usual ! It’s DLC and one of a superlative level of robustness. I have a SBDX033/SLA035 that I wear regularly and it has zero marks on it.
This video made me feel like a greased, naked watch enthusiast on all fours with a dog collar around my neck, and a leash and You’re Terrific’s arm extended out holding on to the leash and pushing a black Seiko Marinemaster 300 SLA053 Seigaiha in my face to sniff it.
Great review. Nice shots as always and I love the music in the background. The MM300 is the watch that got me into watches and ever since I bought one, I can’t stop admiring it. I wear mine on the new Willard black silicone strap and I think it looks perfect. Unfortunately the stock bracelet that it comes with (SLA021) does not compliment the watch very well and I share the same thoughts as you on the MM300 rubber strap.
I've been slowly turned-off by Seiko as a brand due to their frequent QC issues and rising prices, but I still love some of the watches they produce - this one is a great example
How to distinguish a good watch channel from a great watch channel? The great watch channel makes you click on thumbnails that feature watches you normally wouldn't care about. You're the man! #datejustisasportswatch
@@YoureTerrific wanted your feedback on my collection. Started with Tissot Seastar as my first watch, added Oris Chronoris date, then my personal favourite watch GS SBGN 003 (HAQ GMT- also called the GS explorer 😜😂) , then Longines big eye (best bang for buck Chronograph), Junghans max bill (34) , HMT janta maroon dial (as am in India and got it from estore- not a Franken watch🙈) and finally just added a Tudor BB58. 7 for 7 days of a week.
Props. A great watch - as ever with high-end Seiko, beautiful, subtle, sophisticated while still not losing an ounce of tool function. The MM is one of THE great divers. But... The Prospex 'X'. Nooooooooooo! Cheap, tacky and reminiscent only of games consoles and '90s snowboards. Ok on a $300 Turtle, not on a Rolex/Omega competitor. Seiko's brilliant designers must weep into the cherry blossom every time their watches visit Marketing and receive this eye-catching, generic, meaningless logo.
The marinemaster are great looking watches but ridiculously big. I have a Seiko Turtle and between the weight and size it's quite uncomfortable for my small 16.5 cm wrists. If these were smaller (40ish mm, 12ish mm) they would sell like hot cakes. They could be the perfect budget alternative for a submariner
They should have thrown in earrings instead of cuff links...... Maybe I can make earrings out of those cuff links. Happy wife=Happy guy that purchased the Seiko MM300 SLA053.
Did a single person get your Spinal Tap joke (none more black)? A quick review of the comments says, “no.” But maybe I’m missing something. And you are either an old man or an old soul for repeating that corny joke.
Bruce isnt the best. those who watched him in earlier years probably remember his rolex being destroyed moment which is both funny for ordinary people and distraught for him. please it aint a super super expensive rolex.... just a lower rung rolex
