Ah, the possible school play, first date and sleepover with friends possibilities. Kids best friend would most likely be a goth girl with an accountant father and i'm betting they live next door to a kindly woman and a total nutjob conspiricy theorist husband who somehow fails to notice ANYTHING.
Imagine it as movie or a series. Here's what I came up with. Movie: The story continues after this animation, and now tells a story about a werewolf boy, and how his life is going for, especially knowing his powers, how much he tries to hide it and how much his dad and mom told him to keep his powers hidden as people won't see them as a normal person, the main protag would probably go through alot of emotional journey, from meeting his first crush to finally able to embrace who he really is and that he no longer needs to pretend to be someone who he is not. and who knows maybe ending up saving his crush while in his werewolf form to either be saved from a bully who is a hunter or some wild monsters out in the forest, and it ends up almost how his dad was there for him even no matter what happens, and he took it also to do the same to his loved ones. Series: Maybe just focus on how taking care of him would be like till it leads to the movie
that or maybe he was trying to keep it a secret from the other staff because he knew going werewolf would freak out the doctors and nurses- who you kinda need to have there if you want to have a baby easily
I’m pretty sure she already knew (OR she herself is also a werewolf but she has control of her transformation) but as the other comment pointed out he’s hiding his werewolf form from the staff and patients.
@@kurvos maybe the baby was born human and then transformed shortly as the midwife went towards the door and passed out seeing the father completely transformed. 😅 just making it up to make sense. I feel the animator was more focused in showing their skills over plot goofs or whatever hehe.
Ever since I first saw this, I haven't stopped thinking about. It's such a fun concept. It's fun, funny, and heart warming. It's sad to hear that this was taken down at one point, but I'm glade that you decided to re-upload. A lot of people love this and you should be proud of the wonderful work you did on this short. I hope to see more soon. ❤️
Being born in the 2000's, I always hated that werewolves were always seen as the villain. But it's videos like these and movies such as 100% Wolf and the Boy who cried Werewolf, that show the world that not all werewolves are evil monsters, but the good ones.
@@rextheextremewerewolf3096 Thanks. Anyway I've got a question. What would you say about making a cartoon about Adventures of jaguar (in style between "The Lion Guard" and "101 Dalmatian Street") in World of monsters in style of "Monster High" and "Hotel Transylvania"? (Of course these monsters are mainly good characters and friends of the protagonist.)
I could totally see this as a tv series. A werewolf family living in an urban setting just trying to fit in among humans, but with the concerns of their differences getting in the way. It could really have a nice coming of age/acceptance/self love themes come into the story. I wonder if the mother character is a werewolf or a human, I consider her a werewolf (but unlike her husband she just has a good control of her transformation) ALSO, wanted to add 😂 I play The Sims (the 4th game in the series) and there is an add-on game pack which is themed around werewolves and I am playing a storyline as a werewolf family (parents, a college aged son and a teenage daughter) the storyline is that the parents are trying to put their traumatic youth life in the past and focus in raising their children as human as possible by trying to tame their wolf side. The father is overbearing, strict and overprotective (Having a difficult relationship with his son, causing the son to unknowingly go feral, while the daughter tries her best to be daddy’s obedient and responsible girl) The mother is the opposite, she is loving, nurturing and is trying to ease the growing tension by being that glue in keeping the family or ‘Pack’ together, as just like real wolves, they are devoted to their pack and it’s members (it’s also kinda like the 2022 Pixar movie Turning Red) So yeah, I see some of that in in short too though this was clearly from years before. Hehe
Yes even werewolf fathers get scared at times very much good animation and artwork with a good funny storytelling to all who created it well made idea that ground a first child werewolf dad
I really love this sooo much! You guys really did a marvelous job with this animated short, the animation is stunning and wonderful, keep up the great work!
I remember seeing this exact film a long time ago but I could never remember the name of it. When I saw it on my recommended, I knew this was the one. Thanks for reposting it here. What a nostalgia blast.
This whole thing gives me classic Disney vibes, from the hand-drawn art style, to the impressively fluid animation, to the wholesome tone of the story. Well done!
If I were the wife, I would prefer him as a werewolf. I especially like the scene when he holds her hands: so reassuring to see, yet he feels nervous about its true self.
The design of the fat nurse reminds me of two other charcters with that look. One was the roller sister in Rock and Rule, and the other I can't quite place.
I'm glad you guys were Uploaded the video I really loved it and I was really sad when it got taken down I just hope it doesn't get taken down again but I also want to know how did Holland and his wife meet
