Gorran wrote this 2016. Before the Big Push was formed. I think this is their first video together. Renegades, correct me if I'm wrong. Gorran Kendall is now in Spain for awhile, busking and learning Spanish. This is the type of songs he has on his own channel. He is doing a live stream Monday 11th . He has also been going live with his busking sessions in Malaga,Spain.
Recently I became a "Gorrangutan" (what Gorran calls his subscribers 😂) and have been enjoying his music and recent releases. More of a folk vibe--like Swan Song. Like Ren, he engages with people commenting on his videos. I respect that so much!
Gorran mentioned in a recent post that he had a bunch of songs stored away that were meant for The Big Push. I almost hope he holds on to them until they can all perform them again together. I so hope they reunite. They’re so damn good.
@@jasonklenetsky5687 i would lije them to do a set of original new songs written by one or the other of them but performed together. Even if it was like a reunion concert. I can't see Ren stopping what he us doing now ,so it would have to be in addition. Wonder how the energy would hold out.

this song is so hauntingly beautiful! this is the building you’ll see a lot of the big push’s, as well as ren & sam, busking in front of. not sure if it is a church or not, looks like one but i’ve seen someone say somewhere that it’s brightons community center(?) or something along those lines… they have a fucking brilliant song called Radio that they haven’t released anywhere as far as i’m aware but they perform it in the video on their channel called “the big push - live from home (livenation broadcast)” and its all performed on top of Gorrans (i think) bed :)

I wouldn't be surprised if Ren pulled out a sitar and a bagpipe in the middle of a song and played them both at the same time. 😲 Ren is like a magician's top hat. And this song is one of my Big Push favorites. Enjoyed your reaction to it!
Im so glad you did this song. Not enough reactors do this one. This was written by Gorrin and i thin was the first Big Push actual video. Its definitely one of my favorites. Also showcases again jist how musically talented Ren is by playing yet another instrument

They then decided to become a band and would take to the streets of Brighton and also created masterpieces of their own. They played numerous gigs including a sold out tour of the U.K. and also released a 6 track EP called “Can Do Will Do”. They busked together for the last time on 14th December 2022 and played their final gig at the Brighton Dome a short while later. Having to go on hiatus due in part to Ren moving to Canada for medical treatment and their lives going in different directions. Although they remain good friends and Ren and Romain have mentioned wanting to play together again. They’re always so good with the harmonies. Talent and teamwork ❤ I think Dignity might be my favourite song by The Big Push. Definitely up there. I recommend checking it out 😊
Ironically, a song called "Swan Song" was actually the FIRST video the Big Push ever filmed as a band. They sat on this for several years before finally releasing it.
Just like Ren himself, TBP can reach out to multiple gengres. May it be covers from Black Sabbath over Bob Marley to Fatboy Slim or may it be originals like Precious, Watch Out, Why my Woman and Icarus. They can do such a lot!
