On the 2nd day in Singapore I was introduced to the Beast Restaurant. The awesome owner, Jamie, went to college in Atlanta and decided to to bring some of the southern cooking to back to her home in Singapore. The challenge was the 7 pound beast hamburger that had a huge patty and was topped with fried chicken, coleslaw.
It was a delicious mess. someday I am going to learn to let my food cool down so I don't burn myself in the challenge.
