South India is much cleaner than North. Delhi is a shithole. If you get time to search do search these cities and you will love them for their cleanliness, I do not know why no one goes there: Chandigarh Indore Surat Visakhapatnam Chandrapur Pune Bhopal New Delhi(district in Delhi state which is the actual capital) Also the hill stations like Shimla, Gangtok etc

I was briefly in Chennai seven years ago, just passing thru to Tiruvanamali to Ramana Asrahma. Tiru is one of my favorite places, so I'm very happy you are going there.
Been to Chennai 5 times (work in IT). Loved this hectic place! Can’t wait to see Pondicherry French colony episode. Matrimandir still one of the fav place I ever visited.

I have visited Chennai a few times, staying in triplicane which is popular with tourists. Great food and friendly people. Not really interested in shopping malls but have visited Spencers , on my first visit in 1981 it was a department store Hope you get to spend time in Mahabalipuram
Wow! What a great surprise that was! Twenty some years ago I flew into Chennai on my first trip to India. I met a man on the plane and he insisted that I go with him to a hotel when we land. The airport was madness and I remember seeing a lot of beggars and people sleeping on the streets nearby. The man told me it was not a safe place and that I should leave the next day. That night I sleep in the same room with him and he paid for everything, including a dinner in which the cook got fired! Haha. But I should have stayed in Chennai and explored a bit! It looks like a lovely place ❤🙏
Well, wonder what you really saw then, I have been visiting Chennai airport since mid 90s either to fly, or receive families and Chennai airport has never had any safety issues as you claimed.
@@rzadigi yaa that's the thing we Indians have a problem with, we are too concerned about foreigners safety and well-being that we don't bother to help the fellow Indians at times. Things are changing, and you should visit Chennai now to see/feel the difference.
WOW this looks like a completely different Chennai (except for the first scene and the beach) but a completely different Chennai than the one I visited in 2018. And from the looks of it, Pondicherry is also gonna look completely different. Like an enchanting place even haha

Was born there. One of the nicer places in india but not much to offer travelers and has some of the usual problems - public transport is just ok, streets are not so walkable...but still more laid back than the north and better civic standards including good English speaking. TN is truly unique and when you go to Tanjore, Madurai, Rameswaram you can participate and experience a truly ancient living civilization. Whenever I see the Meenakshi temple Gopuram I feel stunned...don't visit in summer though, unless you enjoy melting your feet on hot sand as you walk around 😂
Visit peaceful eastern states like Odisha too where crowd is less... KONARK SUN TEMPLE at Konark is an architectural marvel....It is a UNESCO WORLD HERITAGE SITE...

During my travels, I have been watching all your videos. They are very informative. After watching all your videos on India, I have decided to move my India trip to the bottom of my list. If you visit spiritual places, you might like it. Unfortunately, most vloggers only show the commercial tourist side of India. The spiritual aspect of India is unbeatable.
I wonder why you based your ranking on one vlogger's videos. India is vast, absolutely rich in natural and cultural experiences. Most of these vloggers go to touristy places. I highly recommend you go to India and visit the less-touristy places by asking educated locals where you can find less popular gems and you won't be disappointed. One can spend a month in a state and still not experience everything.
