THE BIGGEST CRAB I'VE EVER EATEN in Mexico!! ft.  

Hi Raina! Pacific Northwest girl here: geoducks are from here, pronounced "gooey ducks". They are the largest clam in the world and adapted to both salt and fresh water (many outlets of water make this possible). They burrow much deeper and live longer than normal clam. The long part that is funny (suggestive looking) is how they feed: it is their neck and subsequently feeding tube. All mollusks have them but the geoduck is the largest, therefore with the largest feeding tube. (I still laughed when you laughed don't worry). The meat makes excellent civiche as you had, clam chowder, or cooked/grilled with various ingredients. It is a heartier meat rather than delicate like a lot of other smaller mollusks so when cooking it's important to never overcook it. It's very delicious and glad you got to enjoy. The part of the little pigs was really sad they are like little human babies they are inteligent, so sad to hear they were killed so young😢.

That crab was huge but I have seen bigger like the Snow crab. There is few seafood I like. I like Crab, Lobster, Salmon, Tuna and cod and that's about all. I'm glad you're having fun with friends. It's cool to go to all those places.

I’ve had massive crabs in Mexico. Some shampoo took care of them tho..

Nothing like good Mexican or Tex-Mex food to make a body's day--it's one of the reasons I miss Houston, because here in Dallas we have jack squat for good Mom n' Pop Mexican/Tex-Mex joints. I can get into a good fish taco, too! That all looked delicious, needless to say!

There’s no way I could eat the piglets. He said they were just 2 months old and still drinking their mums milk when they were taken from their mother and killed to be eaten. I’m not a vegan by any means, but I just couldn’t bring myself to eat those babies after hearing that.

I love your videos, I was excited when I saw that you were in my City. But it would be very good if they did a good search for the best places to eat, to those that took you, they are always the same places that that group you went with, they do. There are so many better places than those, who don't know about them because whoever was in charge of that group (Adrian from Baja CaliFood) his friends and associates own those places. Adrian does not represent the best knowledge of gastronomy in Baja California, he just represents his own interests. When I see videos of my city I am excited that they come to try the food, but when I see that group of people I know that they will show the same as always. And that's NOT THE BEST thing, there is. I wish they would give diffusion to places that are better. That is why I make my comment for those who are dedicated to discovering and exploring other foods, find out from different sources, and do their own research. What Adrian does is unfortunate, and I say him directly, because he is the one who is from Baja California, and he sells an idea that only benefits him. Investigate, and you will find better places and experiences.
