For the pudding you usually flip the top side onto a plate. At the bottom of the container theres a little tab you can push to release the pressure and the pudding just slides down. Its pretty cool lol

11:14 I had to squint at the packaging earlier in the vid, but I managed to read it, it says 「デミグラスソースのオムレツパスタ」(Demigurasusosu no omuretsupasuta) Which translates to “omelet pasta with a demi glace sauce”. So that’s the reason it’s not the type of traditional sauce you are probably used to, it’s a sauce made with beef not tomato
