What I need you to understand is that what you are feeling is just the symptom of something much bigger going on beneath the surface.
Symptoms do not exist in isolation.
They are never without cause…
And unless you deal with the actual root cause of feeling stuck in inaction… you will be stuck in a cycle of symptom patching forever.
I say this because one of the biggest misconceptions that kept me stuck was this idea that if I just created a to-do list, being stuck in inaction would go away.
This “solution” didn’t take into account my state of energy and mindset.
This meant that despite all my efforts to patch all my symptoms…they would return leaving me feeling like I was back at square one.
It wasn’t until I started looking at how my emotions impacted my productivity, that I I was able to achieve more permanent results
