@@semanj come on bro, behave yourself, Zappa managed to play, and have played everything he wrote, and probably played it all in about ten different ways.... I take it, you are not Familiar with how many original Zappa releases there are, it's now in the hundreds....
I think we're finally on a VERY slow but sure upward trend. People see videos of craziness and assume it's worse than before, but there's really just more cameras.
Lucille , was tough on you , but Mary , Man they strange cattle , messing up minds , they don't mind , we don't matter , Dong work for yuda, Need an Advanced Romance , yeah the chick from the bus , that's right ,
I have become a fan of Zappa. I think he was a brilliant guy. Way ahead of his time, and exceptionally articulate. I'm probably more interested in his ideas and opinions than his music, although I admire it all. That said, I suspect that Frank Zappa probably suffered from narcissistic personality disorder himself. It would be interesting to talk to him about this and see how well he can analyze himself. See how aware of himself he was.
@@antisocialite927 he would have been appalled at both sides of this broken political machine, just as he was back then. There is no chance (in my mind) he would have approved of Trump. He’s said “politics is the entertainment division of the military industrial complex” and I think that it’s become way more of a circus then it was in his time.
ur not a fan. he would prob think both parties are the same corrupt uniparty, no way would he support Harris. The idea the conservatives are the only procensorship or pro taking rights away is laughable and plain wrong
Corrupt flesh embodies a wicked spirit. The spirit is what motivates for good or evil & the spirit is a function of dna. Why do you think fornication (race mixing/miscegenation) is the unforgivable sin. It can't be undone.
As much as I admire Zappa as a musician, he never was a thinker. Not to mention his mysoginistic lyrics, saying all the problems in the world would be solved by good mental health is so simplistic, ignoring the fact that all individuals are different and the human mind so complex and full of contradictions. There's much more to it than just "good mental health". Sorry Franck!
It’s too bad Frank left us far too soon however he would be appalled and horrified to see how right he was about everything! Such a brilliant musician, composer, and a very intelligent man who called out bullsh*t. I was obsessed with Zappa music while in high school in the late 1980s butt unfortunately he got sick before I ever got the opportunity to see him live which is such a shame. Frank and the Talking Heads are the 2 bands I regret not getting to see live the most. Thankfully Dweezil and the great David Byrne have been the next best thing with respect to both bands but not the same.
