Yes, music, the score in this context is like a language, and we need to read it as a whole where every note is in relation to another. We don't read "To be or not be", T, O, B, E..." i watched the full class and i did the counting out loud tonight when i practice ex reading. i’m pretty new but it was much harder than i thought but it really helped with a complicated (for me) rhythm thank you
What a timely video. I changed my practice routine this week and it seem we're on the same page. I play 10 sequences and cadences used in Baroque music in each key. I use one key each day. Since I just started doing this, the first time was very slow. I quit using the metronome and used a calender. But the second day it was already easier. I'll keep the bundle in mind, maybe for Christmas.
